If its pretty bad the only way to get rid is to cut it out, it will just comes back if u grind it and fill it, if its not too bad then you might get away with grinding till it gone. -
must b about 20k maybe more over 6 years lol, but thats been on 5 different turbo set ups, 2 forged engines, 3 different ecus ect ect......

The way i read that is you've snapped the captive nut inside the chassis? and not snapped the bolt? You'll find it hard to drill and tap it if its snapped off and is stuck inside the chassis, the only way is to cut it out and weld in a new nut and weld the bit back in. -

Give Russ @ Performance HQ a shout, he would be more than happy to go over a few with you, i cant fault my DTA s40 although i cant run coil on plug i can only run wasted spark, i think you can run coil on plug with the s60 though, apart from that the s40 can do launch control, flat shifting ect.....
