  1. Just want to ressurect this...ive just bought a glanza and am changing the suspension so just thought id see if ive got an LSD. Now im thinking ive either got a weird diff or a broken one lol. Jacked the front up, span the right wheel and left one didnt move. Span the left one and right didnt move. At this point im thinking the diffs shat itself and ive somehow got one wheel drive. But when i put it in gear and bring clutch up both wheels turn. Weird. Any ideas? Lol

  2. hi guys i cant tell whether or not the motor itself is working but the mirror doesent fold away on the drivers side - but the mirror plate itself moves around like it should to adjust line of sight.

ive taken the mirror off and will investigate it tomorrow - hopefully its just the little gearbox thing that needs pulling back tightly together.

But if it is a nakkered motor how much are they? any chance anyone would have a spare one? im seeing whole mirrors for sale for like £50 (fuck that).

  3. If its an electric adjustable mirror then turn ignition on, use mirror adjustment switch to adjust it to full 'up' position (so there is as big of a gap as possible at the bottom of the mirror seperating the mirror itself and the casing).

Then use a small flat head screwdriver and VERY gently wedge/pull it off from the bottom. There are two clips holding it on to the plate inside the casing, and they just need popping off then the top two can be wiggled off.

But use extreme care lol its a fiddly bastard of a job and I would reccomend a glove incase you are a heavy handed bastard and break your mirror (speaking from experience).

  4. right i need some kit for my car lads lol rear shocks are nakkered and when i go over a bump at more than 30mph it decides it likes pointing a new direction.

would i be right in assuming something a setup like this would give me a nice firmer ride over standard but easily deal with potholes etc - key for me is ride quality. as long as its not too harsh.

  5. someone please recomend me a good quality suspension setup thats simple (not coilovers) and not harsh but slightly firmer than stock glanza suspension

i want something that can easily deal with shitty potholed roads but improves the handling over stock.

  6. if all you bothered about is sun sea clubbing and easy poon then magaluf or kavos. ibiza also, but a little more classy.

i went to maga twice and i still have nights i cant remember. i could have been taken by the lucky lucky women that try to sell you pineapple chunks by day and offer to suck your cock for 15 euros by night.

  7. Right guys i want one lol. Low mileage clean and standard but not red like my last one didnt like the colour. Where is a good place to get one imported? Not really fancying doing it myself. Or is anyone thinking of parting with their 4 paw?

  8. ricky how about explaining the build youve had for years lol? two sides to every argument but seeing as this is where most starlet enthusiasts see stuff, it might be a good idea to say whats going on there, and the other accusations on here. anything can be said via a PM but would have thought you would take the chance to clear your name here if nothings dodgy on your part.

  9. I had a predator x10 4wd buggy with a reedy trisonic brushed motor 7.5 turn and it used to go like a rocket or so i thought until years later

in a early mid life crisis moment in bought a schumacher cat k1 with a Tekin brushess setup. That rewrote my idea of a fast buggy.

Its true that brushless tech has changed the electric game totally but i still remember the old stuff more fondly. You can gauge how old an RC car enthusiast is by asking him if he remembers after every few runs,

unclipping the small coiled springs on the motor and pulling the brushes out to blow inside to blow away any excess bits of carbon before putting them back. i always used to think it made my motor a teeny bit more powerful lol.

been toying with the idea of getting another fast one maybe nitro.

  10. Right guys i need a lead for a computer at work. The setup is 2 PC's that work off one mouse keyboard and monitor via a KVM switch. I need to print stuff off both of them and it works providing i keep swapping the usb into each tower that i need to print off. But i want a splitter lead that will allow me to print off both as and when i want. Is this lead ok?
