hay guys! had just finished removing aircon and timing belt replacement when i saw this: Is this something that can be welded or repaired or is it new cylinder head?? it goes quite far round out of sight too! Cheers Matt
the way i would do it is to damp a cloth with paint thinners and keep wiping til it comes off! the thinners are kind to the plastic too so wont make them haze up! matt
yer was 186bhp i think! map has been cleared only using it to eleminate boost cut atm still pretty much stock setup just need to get last few bits than goin for 1 bar setup and a good mapping session hopefully by Re:worx (Rotary Engine specialists) portsmouth there very very good and know the Emanage well!! matt
not mapped at mo been having trouble communicating with it soon as thats done then it will get mapped but til then driving steady! pics will be up as soon as new wheels are on! matt
little updates got emanage wit injector,ignitor and 3bar map sensor fitted, tuning developments uprated fuel pump fse fpr with gauge and some new wheels be on the way soon so get some pics when there on!
hay i have just fitted my emanage with the ignition harness and 3bar map sensor. there is a 1bar ct9 4efte map already on it. all wiring has been checked many times and all correct but given all this the car refuses to start. but when i dissconnect my emb it goes 1st time. it has a flashing activity light (green 1) and a amber interaction light on when powered up. i have been reading the instructions and it said the amber lamp is only when you have it connected to a pc which it isnt, could this be a fault? any help would be helpfull i have been using this wiring diagram as a guide http://www.toyotagtturbo.com/forums/...read.php?t=131 thanks

hay im about to run 1 bar on a ct9 with supporting mods but bit stuck as to what engine management is needed/recommended. have been reading on here and tgtt and cant find anything that answers my questions. im not sure what is best stand alone or piggy back or what are the pros and cons of either. will any uprated ecu eleminate the need for me to get a fcd?? i will be up rating in the future to forged tdo4 and want a ecu that can cope with both setups and be easly mapped any help would be gratefull as i have very little idea on this subject! many thanks, Matt
hay mate its an autogauge but its spot on because i work on aircraft and when are gauges get checked i bung it in for a quick accuracy check and its fine! but bit of progress found out its creep followed by fuel cut so now making a restriction for the airfilter jus tested it and it seemed to solve the problem because im only after a temp fix til i get new engine and fuel setup, turbo etc
hay fitted hdi fmic boosts fine through out range til i get to around 9 - 10 psi range and it starts miss fireing and there is a power loss and exhaust popping? any ideas wht this might be!? running stock engine with blitz nur spec atm cheers
