Ive seen the silver 1 up blackwood a few weeks ago.. Common as muck

lol .. well im thinkin its just red and black to connect up, vaccum is not a problem as ive already got a pipe coming thru the bulkhead to the dash.. Now the hard part is getting a live connected to the box.. gonna have to make up some lengths of wire with a connector on the end or something.. I dont wanna go wiring it up wrong... So to confirm. Only the 2 wires. black n red ... need to be connected up.. other wires are for other gauges ? Ive found a diagram/installation pdf for the DC2 but its slightly different Oh and a big thank you to sparky .. cant wait to see this in action myself

Hi all, Ive just picked up my lovely Blitz DC boost guage and the live unit. Now i need to know what wires i need to connect up. Is it just the black and red ? (Live and earth?) Any help would be great.. I can get pics of the wires if needed. Cheers. Dale

Ebay has loads of different types for sale.. like i said just type in EP91 or Glanza HID.. U need the hi lo beam kit which is a little more expensive. Mine were £65. Mine are mega bright and on a dark road at night on full beam u can see for miles.. Mine were a piece of piss to fit.. hardest problem i had was finding a suitable place to put the ballasts.. And they are illegal unless u have auto leveling headlamps/washers and projector headlights.. which the glanza doesnt have.. But ive been behind many police cars and aslong as they are correctly alligned you wont blind anyone.. Not been stopped once in mine anyway.

Cheers for the info chaps much needed.. Im gonna get an ECU as im not looking to go crazy just yet.. just want to get the car running nice n sweet and have the speed there when i need it. Currently ive had to put the hi/lo boost back on so 1st and 2nd is slow as shit Hope u get the boost sorted mate.. keep your eyes out for a nice ECU for me

Yea ebay sell turbosmarts for not alot of cash pav mate.. And i want first refusal on the ECU seeing as tho im owed 1 hehe.. Are u running a RRFPR ? and does the ECU remove fuelcut ? What exactly does it do ? just tinker with the A/F Ratio etc ? Not very clued up on the ECU's.. And what difference is there between the JAM and Blitz ? I soo want 1 of those puppys

Damn u alex.. where did u get the ECU from and when u go emanage i want it .. As for the boost thing i can see where your coming from... Maybe you could get some other decent boost controller ? Even an electronic 1? Be much better than an mechanical boost controller i imagine.

Yea same here.. love em.. just make sure your lights are always clean and that they are aimed lower than usual because u may blind others if they are incorrectly aimed. Got mine off ebay.. Type in EP91 HID. U must get hi/lo beam kit for glanza.

Hmm.. decisions huh pav ? .. ive reverted back to stock hi/lo mode as it stops me getting fuel cut buy boy do u feel the difference in 1st and 2nd.. its like a slug ;) .. how much .bar does it take off ? I deffo think .1bar should make a difference tho.. DOOO IT ! Feel the power !

Coilys mate.. thats my opinion anyway.. Ive had shocks n springs on my golf and ive got coilys on my starlet and even tho its firm its not a huge difference from my golf. And the good thing with coilovers u can change your mind if its too low/high ;)

Unsure if this is the correct thread/section but im thinking i should get the car undersealed, especially with all this crappy weather recently. Wheres the best place to get this done ? would a local bodyshop do a good enough job ? Is it going to cost much? Cheers in advance D

Well those 3 glanzas they got there have been there since i was looking for a car all those months ago . altho they do look nice, especially the white 1. Lightwieght Front bumper and bonnet. Glad your happy Pav mate Good stuff
