Take the whole pipe schenanigans off, paint it leave it to dry n put it on carefully!....do the blue hose as well (although not sure how it will come out). Get craig to help you out and then take both for a late night photo session ;) on second thoughts just put some newpaper behind it all tape it up n knock yourself out...much easier and then leave it running to dry.

5door.... I do like it alot...im a real fan of extras the EP`s have and not to mention the odd models such as this one, puts most newer cars to shame and does a number 1 followed by a small number 2 on them at the lights ;) . Does anyone know if the bay is any different? rolla mani? @ bourkey if i had the cash i`d have a Kp, one of every model and obviously a fte lump in bob`o.... ;) @ gal lol we should have a jap meet! sod the suitcase well take the cars over and bolt all the parts on, then bring them back ;)

I taxi the family about and want no problems whatsoever with the suspension....so i think its best for me to go with the 25mm drop and being at uni i dont want to fork out £xx amount for new shockers when these give way. I can wait even if some rsr ones come up (they are about 25mm) i`d consider them.

So it wasn`t a total waste of £170 really lol........i remember asking you!!, i`ve sent so many pms and made so many posts about them i`ve lost count (since july) ;) It can only get better buddy, chin up and i say keep the SR! well atleast till you and your other half have stable jobs then mabe think about a newer car ;)

Sorry to hear it buddy, imo there is no decent new car to be had which will offer the same reliablity as the little starlet....you cant of had much maintinence on it over the 2.5yrs? just the money for the extras you spent modding it. I guess you got your £170 back?? i`ve never heard of a N/A box going bar tayibs one. which other parts are you after?? your TTE springs sold?

Nope, no one that i know of has one on this site....and i guess very few people have seen one in the flesh including me we mainly have 3 Dr solidas, SR`s, sportifs, glanza v-s, 2 x CD`s (mine and matty cds that i know of)....and only 2 x 5drs (mine and nics) if you like it get buddy, it would be a lovely addition to the site and very different...is it a 3dr or 5dr? pics?

Same trouble we have mate, we are getting closer to getting a 150-200 Lt air comp n gun but as you can imagine set-up costs are massive...in saying that it will give me a chance to practice my painting skills when im free ;) (P.s you may want to really heat up the nut before you attack it....use a decent blow torch with lots of gas think i`ve seen one in your garage bourke?)

The actual shocker arm thing spins as you try and undo the top nut....even after clamping it so a decent tourqey drill will get it off. The garages around manch r fookers they wont do anyone a "favour" unless you pay them for a service, so it has to be done the hard way hes been waiting for ages and even has the springs.

^^ Thats the noise a better filter made mine louder...i think its just the shear ammount of air that its sucking in which causes it.

Mine makes odd noises but...i just turn everything down on the motorway n listen if all is well keep an eye on dash lights etc put up the music n heater + keep on rolling ;)

Im thinking of investing in the megs 3 step clean system n the clay....i already have the carbuna wax. its expensive so i may get it 1 at a time or something? however i have heard good things about autoglym super resin polish.. ;)
