price for a set of front brake pads for a ep91 n/a p reg starlet......

just a guess but did you redo the head? may have blocked oil cannal or smt? its usually done by not putting the gasket on the right way.

just to add to that the cd model came with sunroof, rear speakers, rev counter, sony face off cd player....there are two white ones always on ebay around the 2k mark clean etc but i`d go for a black one rarer but they look 100x better than the white ones...

Just wondering what you all run on?? i go any where thats cheap tbh but recently saw a pic in a car mag what the unleaded does to the internals of a car....makes em go black n gooey etc. im considring switching over to super/v-max etc would it make a diff after 12yrs of the cars engine life? ive added 2 full bottles of redex since ive had it (noticeably better when idling) should i switch? im planning on keeping the car all the way through uni (5yrs ish) so there will be lots of motorway driving i usually sit at 70mph slightly more if i get the urge...... what you guys think? also put a new lambda in.

nope brand new parts bud...well hu was a freebie off a family member. got a sub and amp package from halfrauds was ment to be £190 but i scanked the guy and got him to give me the online price for £120...it was vibe by the way speakers i got as a set for £90...infinity ones fitting i did myself so saved approx £200 i guess???

i just put a sub,amp,4" speakers under the dash, 8" speakers under the grilles on the shelf so its semi stelth mode and upgraded the hu...all by myself! spent about £210

Welcome.....just get a standard starlet..got mine for £1000 ftsh, 1 owner, cd model with 69k on the clock.......insurance was £1400 after taking my pass plus (£1800 previously) i have my own policy tho. 100% agree that the starlet is better than most peoples first shitboxes..like some1 said with a few carefull mods u`ll be eating other cars

for your bulbs check ebay immitations of the silver tec do the job tho.... aero blades i think i read idrees has them send him a pm? again i`ve seen them on ebay sidelight bulbs depends which lense u have.....again ebay!! dont go to halfrauds ever!

im not after making my one into a glanza just tart it up a bit so its something decent to look at and not a grandad looking car...so far upgrade sound, speedlines next just lower it so the speedies dont look batty again only opting for 25mm (sr standard) a corolla mani if budget allows, apexi, rear spoiler (SR standrd), TTE backbox (SR standard) and thats about it......

im thinkng of going to the scrappy and removing one if there is one what tool would i need? (been a grease monkey since i was 11) im guessing just a socket set and maybe ratchet spanners in size 13? o and a prybar?
