  3. what the fuck type of locking nut is that ?! never seen one of them ever. best bet is to get an old socket, slightly smaller and hammer it tightly onto the nut, remove and replace with a quality locking bolt matey .. if you cant hammer a socket on only other option is to weld an extension onto the nut to remove it.
  4. long shot, but can anybody help me with a few words, translate them to english... ive done as much as i can, but some of the words confuse me with the symbols.... if you can all reply that would be an immense help. Thank woo ;)

  6. its on the right hand side, where theres 2 little blank gaps near the steering wheel on the dash, one gap is for fog light switch on a glanza and other is electric mirror adjuster dial.
  7. they dont have fog light switches matey, the loom and connector is behind the dash, juust above the speaker. you can buy a switch from maplin or the glanza one from toyota for a few quid and hook that up
  8. its more than likely front fog plug.. the uk spec has the front fog wiring inside the dash, but obviously no front fog light button. the wiring is there though incase you decide to fit a foglight setup, all you need to do is trace the wires back and fit a toggle switch.

  16. The turbo's actuator keeps the internal/external wastegate closed untill the intake it at the specific set pressure , once its pressurised to the set amount, it pulls the spring which allows the wastegate to open. badabing?
  17. some people will map on the road, for "real world" figures. so your not in a stuffy rolling road room, with a huge fan blowing more nice warm air across it you would probably get more of an aggressive map being on the road. the tuner will hook his laptop and air/fuel reading equipment up to your car, then map on the road. with either you driving in each specified gear , and at the required speeds. obviously slightly illegal speeds needed... then most mappers will put it on the rollers for a power graph where they can see the maximum output.. cant go ripping top speed up the road can
  18. as ecks before me again hybrid ct9 ? even with a hyrbid your going to want / need more mods to cope with the fuelling.. anything else and your talking different manifold / downpipe / wastegate / fuelling etc

  24. they all smoke slightly more with a decat, theres nothing restricting the exhaust gasses so there flowing easier. only worry if it smokes exessively on boost / under acceleration, or its pissing oily blue/white smoke out on idle.. and i mean PISSING it out. all turbos smoke to an extent, especially starbos more than any other.
