  1. Er...1 word really sums that up. NO Feel free to try it and kill youre self, i have a whole ton of JB WELD if you want to use that, for welding the struts.. Leave it to the pros to make.I really dont suggest cutting and welding 2 pieces of different dampers together, that would be extremely..Dodgy? Youll end up with different rates on each corner, different pre loads etc where you havent got them PERFECT. forget it bud and spend a few hundred on some proper ones.

  3. As Wallace said, ive never heard of that make before.. Normally if you can adjust them, they have a tensioning screw ontop of the bov casing around the vacum somewhere.Cant exactly say where as ive got no idea what yours looks like bud. Some bov's are sealed though. Some of the older SARD's are sealed units so you may not be able to take it apart. Just look for any bolts etc and whip em out , see if it comes apart. common sense
  4. When the clutch first starts slipping it will do it only when the turbo boosts up.IE the revs will go up but the car wont pull in accordance. When it gets worse, it will slip more even without the turbo being on boost, and youll end up having to drive around in 2nd gear at a snails pace because it simply wont grip.Thats only severely worn clutch discs though. Basically, put ya foot down, revs go up but car doesnt pull = worn clutch. If the gears arent going in smoothly and youre having trouble selecting them , could be needing a bleed, adjustment of clutch pedal or a worn gear linkage.

  6. ohh my god!! jus typed all that and its drums at the rear.Fiddly job as Enzo said, but you'll probably have to replace the drum shoes, and whilst youre at it, give the inside of the drums a good sand with some fine sandpaper and clean them all up.
  7. Take the rear offside brake apart and clean it all up, check the brake pads not worn too thin below the requirements.. And bleed it all up. Replace the pads and / or discs if there worn. Also check the handbrake only pulls up about 2 or 3 clicks, if it goes up almost vertically, remove the plastic surround from around the handbrake and adjust. To remove that theres a screw at the back near the ashtray section, have to move the front seats forward to access the torx screws.Remove them, then remove the front screws in the coin tray and lift the panel off.   9. List youre spec as Toby said. Clean out youre beather system, ie.. pcv valve, breather pipe. air intake pipe.Make sure the pcv valve isnt clogged, get a cotton bud inside it with some carb cleaner.If its cracked or damaged replace it. Check theres no obvious vac leaks. Clean out the idle control valve with carb cleaner.Its the white thing on the side on the intake manifold. Run some injector cleaner through the injectors..Clogged injectors will throw the car into a crazy idle and bog down when you plant it. There the easy things to check. Let us know
  10. There is no question. Decats are LEGAL. Its not a case of, fit one and get a dodgy mot..Or, some glanzas its illegal on.. because its not. DECATS ARE LEGAL.simple as that.Any decent mot tester who knows the difference between a uk built model and a jap built model will pass it. Generally speaking, dont give the car to a company suck as kwik fit, or mr clutch to test.Because they havent got a clue. Take it to an independant mot tester.One where they dont carry out repairs.
  11. If you take the head off, replace the headgasket with either a brand new oem one, or an uprated one if you wish. If youre only running a hybrid, just fit an OEM headgasket. Dont reuse the old one! Also worth getting the head skimmed obviously if you take it off.The mechanic should do that anyway.

  23. I played it for about 26 hours and the ending was over in a matter of seconds.. i wont spoil it but, the ending didnt even really have anything to do with my character and what ive done in the game.. crap
  24. Alot of the tuned ecu's such as JAM etc are modified versions of the originals with extra boards soldered inside. You can either run a piggy back such as greddy emanage blue/ultimate.. dastek unichip .. etc or a standalone such as the apexi power fc, motec systems etc. OR you could just use a fuel controller such as the SAFC series along with a BCC.
