That's about the play I have on mine with the celica and I don't get any vibration at all, that's with stock discs.

Any other EBC guys have this problem, if they get the vibration like you do it could be because of that movement.

Is everything on there tight? Caliper bolts, pads?

I used to run EBC disc on the Celica and never had that kind of wobble on them.

Is this rotational movement you get here when spinning the disc with the wheel off? There is always a bit of gap around the studs.

Once the wheel's bolted on though that movement should not be there.

That would be the boost controller solenoid.

Cheap eBay one may well be your problem for a guess? Quite possibly the solenoid is knackered and can't regulate the boost at a consistent level?

He's made a real mess of that bumper!

Is it just the display that's doing it or is it the actual boost jumping up and down?

What controller are you using? I'd check the connections and basic stuff first.
