yeh it should be dynod throughout the mapping thats how they see what the mappings changed on the car lol then it should have a final printout to show the bhp increase etc

yeh set at 1.1 bar it will creep on full beans to 1.2 bar which id say is the reccomended boost limit for a hybrid so you can see why it isnt a good idea for the standard ct9 to run at these boost levels lol

Get a fire extinguisher a decent helmut etc get the basic stage 1 mods, cooling ignition nothing drastical, remove the air con and fully strip out the back and get out on a track and go for it you dont need to fully "Track Prep" it straight away get the driving expirience enjoy yourself and learn the ropes. then slowly start building the car from there you dont need a fully forged 400 bhp starlet with all the upgrades to have a good time. start at the bottom and work your way up dude

its reccomended to run them at 1 bar really safely i think they can do a little bit more but its said past 1 bar its less reliability and smaller turbo life too so id say stick at 1 bar lol

haha wow joined over a year agon and only just started posting lol my good friend above is correct had the whole wiring loom out wires everywhere the night before last and no luck. got up the next morning and checked the 80 amp ALT fuse and it had indeed blown. new fuse and shes back out and running cheers for all the help anyway guys really happy I've got it sorted now lol

haha yeh i agree with the above you say that now but you'll probs change your mind i only got a starlet cause no one else round here had one and the plan for me was to buy a starlet just for a few months then sell it on and buy something else but i fell in love with it and 18 months on i still have it lol didnt really go to plan haha so you never know you might never come back to the starlets lol

yeh i agree but a 500bhp mr2 engined starlet will seriously struggle to get power dont and it wont be the most reliable thing in the world. a heavy engine in the front end will make it harder to throw round corners and will most likely sit there spinning its wheels pretty much not worth it in my opinion

ahhh ryt well all I've ever heared is the thread on tgtt about it i believe fen sport do these conversions though? not too sure anyway it really aint an easy conversion at all lol plus for the sake of 300bhp reliable MR2 engined set up you may as well do a 300bhp fully forged 4efte on tdo5 etc lol in my opinion that is lol

^^^ yep its the charcoal filter mate it doesnt really do anything chanelle brought it up about a month ago and i think it was starletrick or riko that told me it was useless and didnt really make a difference wether on or off the car. its just basically a shite emissions thing lol -
im on coilovers and there at the bottom so im guessing its more than 100mm back sits much lower than front too lol il post a pic up
