stay away from drilling!!i've been doing it for nearly 20 years now,and fucking hate it..BUT the time off is ace and the money is quite good as well..but as people have said before it is more a case of who you know..i wouldn't bother doing your courses until you know for definite if you have a job...because there are so many people trying to get off shore i stay not far away from aberdeen,and nearly everyone in my town works offshore or are trying to get offshore,and it's the same all along the coast ..the courses are a massive rip off,you pay silly money for these courses and it certainly doe

mark1991 managed 359 bhp on a forged motor iirc it was a 16g ,using a piggy back ecu..although i think the emb will limit you..also mark had head work as well..;)..do not run 1.5 bar on standard internals or it will just end i tears..;)

i'd have a andy forrest turbo over either a t.d. unit or racetech stuff..andy forrest is a top tuner in the scobby world and runs a very quick imprezza (blew simon norris's evo into the weeds on the power run at t.o.t.b.!!!)

get some bonnet raisers on the back there rev will help get rid of some of the heat now that ye have the gi bonnet on it now..;)as for heat wrapping ye know my views on that..

i'm running 1.4mm hg on my forged build,and i find that a bit laggy (i also run dished pistons..)...and yes yer engine will cope with 300 bhp as long as it's built and maintained correctly,

if you choose to change turbo set up then you will have to change mani/down pipe set up i would only ever use a zisco or wepr set up as all the rest crack...personally i'd stay away from the blitz and mines,etc ecu's they're preprogrammed to another persons set up..people say they're self learning is a crock of shit go for either a e-manage ultimate or if you have a dastek tuner near by go for one of those ...the beauty of the td04 is they are plentiful and cheap!!;),td04 go for 1 bar on standard internals..but if you are upping the power DO NOT FORGET TOO UPGRADE THE BRAKES!!!.. #

i bought a extearnal waste gate from him well priced and delivery was quick,would have no problem using him again:)
