Yeah he's got quite a bit of business out of the starlet boys recently. Stuarts GT4 is the ex-fensport 600bhp GT4 by the way. But he's decided to scrap the T88 as is was hugely laggy and try a Garrett GT35 setup. He hopes to be run in for then but has no ideas what it'll be putting out.

Phil's exhaust is a custom one by a company in the UK called Powerflow And as for the start button: SiCaln did a Start Button Fitting Guide that you can see in the how2's section.

The wee bastards round my way went through this phase!! They actually collected and swapped them at school - My bro went through several sets, then got a set with locking grub screws... which got stolen and in the process stripped the thread on the valve. He just had to get flush fitting valves when he got new tyres. I'm interested to see what this body syling "extra" is bud. Keep us informed

Hah... actually I do quite like it. For some reason it just doesn't feel right when I'm in the car myself?? get what I mean? Like going to a club yourself and standing nodding your head (in my opinion)

The police station in our village has been closed! But then I live in the second lowest crime rate postcode area (for insurance purposes ) -- It used to be the lowest until two knobbers from the same year at school as me decided to steal about 50 cars in 6months. I've had a fine for not wearing a seatbelt - was in the back seat of my mates car, we had just pulled away from where we were parked up and they pulled my mate for doing 22mph (it was a 15mph limit down the shore front promenade, which we all thought was a recomended limit) Buggers!

Where to put the pipes through for a Boost gauge
lobotomy replied to cheekyangel's topic in 4E-FTE Engine Discussions
You would need the controller for the boost gauge anyway. -
That's a bit of a bargain for Proxes! Where did you pick them up from?

yeah that's an ideal position ecks. My mate made quite a low profile gauge pod which attached to the steering coloumn - He can't really see the odometer but the speedo' dial is perfectly visible. Might try and fabricate something similar for myself. -
Sorry read through again... take it the starter turns ok with the current bat? Check fuel is getting to the engine by the above method.
-
Because you've run the bettery totally flat you may need to replace the battery altogether. This is because running a bat flat can affect its CCA (cold cranking ampage) - The ability of the battery to turn the starter.

It looks nice! Have you taken the decals off? (I would personally- but it's all up to the owner) It looks very racy with them on. Think I've seen this car advertised somewhere before... or on toyotagtturbo.com... or somewhere. Nice one anyway And don't mind Ecks: He's generally short with every thread posted.

Most people mount them on the pillar as they are in your eye-line which is easier to glance at than down at the CD player. Ecks is right slit the rubber grommet and feed the pipe (if it's a mechanical gauge) through there. P.S There used to be a guy that did the White faced electronic Defi gauges (boost, oil pressure, oil temp + controller) for £450 but he's dissapeared -
Yeah it's kinda like sticking a valver into a nova... makes a pretty quick car but bit heavy over the front wheels - cue loads of understeer.
-
The toyota 3point design actually works better... but suppose the cusco one would be better than nothing
-
And think I should apologise for the hi-jacking of your thread (sorry ) Gives you a couple of different ideas though.

Round a track turbo cars will generally need quite a bit more power than an NA car to keep up. Just because of spooling up after corners and the likes. Then again the ct9 is quite a dinky turbo... and pretty responsive. Looks quite quick but not that impressive really -- And he really likes his wheelspinning doesn't he?

Could very well be the other one then. He Wullie did you say Baz smoked him? Isn't baz's pretty much standard?
