Not so much an update but hey for anyone that didn't hear about it, the stupid car failed the sound test after all that work getting it ready for track! 101.4dB (100dB limit @4500rpm) Ironic as I went home and found...anyone remember this gay thing that used to be in the exhaust? Yes, I have found the old bung! For anyone that doesn't know that was supposed to be removable, but was oddly welded in so they had to cut off that tip and weld a new one on! But yeah I've found the bung bit which fits so just need a hole drilling in the tip and I'm good for JF2! Also noticed a small rust hole on the weld of the tip to the box so need that fixed when I'm back home next So apart from not being able to go on track Japfest was decent, couldn't really enjoy much of the show with how tired I was but good to chat to a good few people unlike last Japfest! JF2 should be a lot better as Uni will be out! Thanks to anyone that took pics too! Wish I'd polished the exhaust but didn't have any Autosol at the time! Ebay has them I believe, think they're interchangeable with other Toyotas. There's mechanical converters and electronic ones, you need a mechanical one. Or just buy some Indiglo dials?
