I used cheap ebay stuff and it's held up fine. About 30m on my Japspeed exhaust, rolled it on covering the previous roll around by 50% (see youtube videos) Make sure you use gloves and cover sleeves/legs as the fibreglass is a bitch Mine pops like a mofo

Note, the thicker rods in early 4eftes are the same strength as the later rods (different density composition to compensate) Hahahaha 82s FTW although I have a 91 too
