  12. Went to pick up a few bits of the car yesterday, was in a right bad state! Currently sorting out insurance payout, the car is easily worth £4350-4600 judging by the other LCs on sale at the moment, got a first offer of £3800 which we've rejected. Still looking about for another LC, but also been considering one of these.. My uncle had one a few years back and it was a superb car, I was only 17/18 then so only got to drive it a little but it was a very nice car to drive! Does anyone have any experience with them? I know the Leons are a great car with few reliability faults but from what I hear about Fords, they're are kinda 50/50?
  13. Yeah last year was a good day I'm gutted! But I can finally get these parts fitted! lol Yeah it came with the thing sitting in the middle here Picking up the discs today, £65 for machining though I'm off to get the jubilees later (stingy sellers didn't include any ) 75w-90? I'm gonna ring that Dave guy in a bit and pop down there later Thanks man that means a lot! *Update* I managed to refurb two of the MR2 wheels yesterday, didn't turn out great but that's because the shotblasting left them with a rough surface and I didn't want to sit there for ages sanding bare metal (thought the filler primer would help fill the dimples in the metal!) The second wheel came out a bit better because I DID sand it a little, think I'll spend more time on the last two wheels sanding though! Also my Whiteline ALK came Going to pick up my discs later on today, looking forward to Saturday now when the springs, rad, clutch, gauges and possibly ALK will go on
  14. I didn't check my BBM to see if you added me Invite coming now haha
  15. Jimmy adding you now
  16. *Update* More new parts Thought I'd throw up a pic of the discs (ignore the annotations), they are biig! Lovely bluuuuue Oil sandwich plate and Water Temperature sensor adaptor JD Tuning Rad mounting brackets (thanks Jezza), fan mounting kit and the last of my sprays so I can finally spray the MR2 wheels! Hoping to get a lot of stuff done this weekend, missing the RR day but that should allow some progress to be made on the car!
  17. I think if you wrap it all uniformly leaving no gaps, it should be okay, even if the spaces between the runners are different
  18. Saw this at last year's RR day, looked lush!
  19. ro55ifumi has wrapped his ramhorn mani really nicely, have a look at how he did it

  21. As above, are the rear numberplates held in by metal screws and caps or yellow plastic screws? I've had enough of having my rear plate foamtaped on as I've lost two now Amajd
