  1. Seriously that is so cool! As said on FB congrats
  2. Did you see they had/have their Project car for sale on Ebay? But without the Rays wheels and it's apparently still on stock NA ECU running the VF turbo :S
  3. Thanks for that David! Sounds like GT4s are what I need then Waiting on Taggy to let me know how his brakes were last year, before I try and source some GT4 brakes then, no point buying new brakes if they're not good for what I need. May as well pay more for brakes that'll do the job first time round! Thanks again everyone for the feedback
  4. Liking the updates Craig But still no Pedobear I was looking through your spec.. "3G 10 Groove Brakes EBC Red Stuff Pads up front Dave Burwash Braided lines all round." Was this your braking setup last year? If yes what was it like, if not what was it instead and how was that? I'm trying to find a budget setup for track and road use that won't fade, but on a budget! What brakes are you running this year?
  5. Bump anyone else have any views?
  6. Yeah Asad if I was to get grooved it would be the ones with fewer grooves Idrees I saw this when you first posted and was put off 3g..? lol Would you still rate the 3g's? I have seen a few reports on 3Gs cracking but never really heard anything bad about CRN discs.
  7. Anyone else have any experience here?
  8. Are they Mazda lights? Though they looked a bit Toyota Soarer-ish
  9. Time to bring this thread back to life
  10. Who cares about mileage as long as it runs sweet
  11. (Meaning I'm not planning to go easy on the car)
  12. Hmm might consider the grooved ones then... Yeah RedStuff have decent reviews and Keri @WMS recommends them too. I'm still unsure on the discs, think it was David Ashton and Enzo that recommend using OEM ones
  13. Thanks but I'll be buying new, seen the RedStuffs and new CRN drilled/grooved discs going for £120ish on ebay Surely standard sized discs can't be that bad? I've only ever had fade on my NA brakes and they're drilled/grooved with GreenStuffs Yeah that's what I heard Georgie to go for just grooved over the drilled/grooved, just wondering because a few people recommend OEM discs too
  14. Well the ones which will fade the least then I will eventually be getting GT4 brakes but not for a while!
  15. My braking setup on the GT (1bar CT9) will be: - Standard Calipers - RedStuff Pads - Braided brake lines - Toyota DOT 5.1 Fluid Just wondering what front discs to order. A lot of people go for the ebay drilled/grooved ones, I'm not not too fussed about all that, but I just want some which will be decent for road/fast road use but also discs that won't fade/crack on track under hard use A few people have said just to get some new OEM discs rather than the drilled/grooved ones. What do you think guys? Amjad
  16. Obama needs air ride!
