I had this problem a little while ago! Is the headunit a Sony by any chance? Or is the head unit old? In my case I was using a 7 year old Sony HU lol..Well you know the blue amp remote wire? Well basically cut it, and instead of wiring it into the blue wire on the loom, wire it into the red wire and it should work (did for me anyway!)

Yeah I was thinking of getting one! I'm not too sure on a Laguna one, it does look nice on some Starlets, but I think I'm gonna go for a Leon Cupra splitter after seeing PaulStarletSR's here http://www.ukstarletclub.com/forums/index....showtopic=24634 I'll have a little update to follow pretty soon, haven't taken any pics yet though because of the snow lol

I had my car stipped out with just the driver's seat for a day lol made quite a big difference to be fair, both acceleration wise and handling, although it is a wee N/A Try and see how it goes?
