  1. Find a strip and time Heh, launch control is everything..
  2. Most cost effective way and reliable would be a Manual boost controller. if you have the cash bundle an Electronic boost controller along with a strong actuator.
  3. Oh Well cut is your "safety "basically it prevents you from boosting to much, I believe it's 13.5Psi someone say 12 some people say 14 :s I boost to 13.5 and hit cut, but on very cold nights.. It's there to prevent you from fucking up the engine :S LOL. Like the rev limiter.. As you know your trying to control Boost which is effetivly air.. and that isn't something easy to control and limit, so hence why fuel cut is put there, fuel cut is factory on alot of turbocharged cars actually.

Could be it is not opening and closing as it should, if it was stuck closed then youd know if it was stuck open youd know also, or it could be a TRD stat which opens up at lower temps :s Cheap as shite to replace though if something is wrong with it.
  5. I don't recon it's knocking, pinging or none of the sort, cause I run 11PSI and spool quick as fuck on my shit gas here and don't experience any of those things :S I believe it may be the Plugs or PLug leads, altern if you notice putting in different gas helps , could also be your fuel filter.
  6. Why are you hitting Fuel cut in the first plce, you got a boost guage how does it read? I would not recommend FCD or BCC as it is effectivly "Tricking" the ecu into thinking less boost then what you are really running. I'd go the ECU route as Street suggested, as the ECU can accoemdiate all of that better then the FCD or RRFPR because everything is intergrated, also with the ECU the ECU will be mapped especially for your engine and turbo so you will experience better gains, also the FCD nor RRPFR does not offer ignition timing :S So to cut a long story short, I'd go for the ECU as it would b
  7. Standing Figures out the factory reflect when the car would have been new out the factory and those times were obviously performed on ideal circumstances (e.g proper track, proper racing conditions, professional track racer). So I really don't study those figures :S And the diference in tweigh tbetween the EP82 and EP91 in terms of weight is negiable, as driver skill will far show superiority between the 2, being that the CT9B has 1 extra fin and doesn't tend to get as hot as the prior generation. So.. :S where am I?
  8. Dididnt I do a big write up on all of this?
  9. Cusco is trusted quality proven time and time again it's that simple or you may be paying for a name..
  10. EP71 aka Box starlet, is FWD, come with 1.0, 1.3 engines and you got the EP71 Turbo S..
  11. Good times for an NA EP91.
  12. Judging by those specs the RST doesn't look impressive..
  13. i can get a hold of some rims like this.. http://www.zhaust.com/forum/index.php?t=ge...13597&private=0 can someone pls photoshop my car so i can see how they would look
  14. Depends on where you live bro, and how much you want to spend. You can get custom cat back for much less, and the quality will be good depending on the type of bending, e.g manderel, if I spelt it correctly. Use good quality pipe and use a good quality backbox e.g Apexi,HKS, Blitz. Or, just order a Cat back for your specfic car and be done with it I perfer custom because you can tailor it how to suit and you have your backbox pointed upward, sideways any part just personal perfernce.
  15. The 2 tone paintjobs look amazing, that GT looks great, liking the rims

  20. Purpose as quoted from EP's website is keep a longer lifespan of your turbo cause your venting hot air out of there quicker, and you get better spool results.

Argh, BlackTarw that's your oponion what ever happened to just a glossary with a small description.. Stock GT TMIC is ok for appliations below 12psi, lagless people even end up grading their TMIC, Even Sub's still use TMICs. This would be terms in general or terms focused around starlets?
