also bought the brass shifter kit to replace the crappy rubbers, only cost 8quid so I've bought,,,, short shifter kit 4" gear stick extender brass bushings and waiting for TUCKER to reply with my new gear knob that im buying will let you guys know how i get on and how they feel from standard

check your pipes, ie, actuator, bov, intercooler etc etc etc.... if not, check for a crack in the manifold

check your actuator pipes, intercooler pipes and check your BOV aswell

one of my ball joints was leeking slightly so i thought id replace both of them before they get worse, I've managed to undo all three nuts on the wishbone connecting to the ball joint, and I've got the top nut off that holds it in place, but the fucking thing just wont come out, I've been hammering it and all sorts for ages and no budge!!! and now i think i may have fucked up my cv joint because when i move the hub around you can hear the splines on the cv joint rubbing against something.... Is there an easy way of getting ball joints out at all? and do you think i should now replace the CV joint or just take it off and check it over?? im seriously going to hack the thing to pieces shortly if it doesnt come out.... any help would be much appreciated... cheers guys

when i had my polo i bought angel eye headlight upgrades for mine and looked awsome.... so i wondered why nobody does headlight upgrades for the starlets?? so, i phoned them..... they will be releasing all new designs for new and old cars and starlets are in development and should be released in november.. the headlights for glanza-s and EP82's will have two angel eye rings in the headlights, with colour options of blue, white or Yellow! and they will be doing the the front fogs for the Glanza's with the angel eye rings in the colours above!!! I've already asked bout doing a group buy nd I've got the ref number for when there ready, once I've got photos il load them up... would anyone be interested in a group buy?? Dan

well i know its abit far, but I've got a mechanic that does this sort of stuff, aslong as you have got the stuff then he wil do it, its not actually that difficult, you just need the right tools and parts

its how they were designed mate, you can have the thread sitting flush to the bottom if you want it wont do them any harm, but dont let the thread got threw the bottom as it can be dangerous dude. hope this helps mate

it will be the bushes on there way out. i not aware of any aftermarket bushes though
