thanks to ryan and kurt for last night, got a fair bit done to it, will get all the undersealing done early next week and then get the rest of the panel flatted back then it paint time, although im crapping myself about doing it, ive never done a whole car before :S will look sweet if it come out how ive pictured it -

have to agree with socks here. I will continue to use uksc until my traders spot is up for renewal and then I am done, UKSO will ALLWAYS be transparent in my eyes which will benefit everyone all round. UKSO ftw

onwards and upwards people i for one am starting to get quite excited for show season 2013. its going to be epic!!

They will come with a spec sheet with all the size data to ensure tolerances are met when building. as for testing, the company making these rods specifically for us have been in business for 20+ years the set of rods that were produced would have been tested by the manufacturer I can get them to include what tests were carried out prior to being produced. I will email them now to get all the relavant data

One xof my customers has been usimg them. Been running 1.6 bar on a vf30 fpr the past 8.5 months. Standard rev limit. The only difference is he is using wossner pistons not cp pistons will post full spec list tommorow We were going to release them earlier in the year after the build was finiahed but didnt feel confortable with it

Hi guys and girls We are now able to offer a forged piston and rod combo, we can offer a 4e or 5e package and pistons sizes will be available in 74, 74.5 and 75mm Our very own custom made rods specs are below - Precision forged 4340 EN24 aircraft chrome moly quality steel - 2-Piece forging for increased strength - Multi-stage heat treated processes - Packaged in weight tolerance per set: end to end +/- 1 gram - All forging are X-rayed, sonic tested and magnafluxed - Shot peened to stress relieve the metal - Precision alignment sleeves positively locate the rod cap, maintaining big end bore size and eliminating cap walk we have been in touch with cp pistons and they have offered us a fantastic deal on any size pistons, CP Pistons are available standard or oversized. Yeah keeping hold of it now the shell is solid will have a complete colour change so should look sweet Yeah starting to feel the love round here again. Something that has been for quite some time You up for a prepping session thursday when you come to get the fpr? Ive taken all the roof lining out today and started to strip the panels and side skirts off so i have a bare shell to prep. I have a shedload if interior plastics here and various bit of trim if anyone need anything drop me a pm you can have stuff free for postage or its being binned More pics of progress later im off to the garage to do some cutting -

@ rick Depends on the quality of finish you want really take a look at a company called don jer they are based in america but offer a spray kit for flocking. Ive seen them used with good results

prepping wise spraying is easy its all in the prep. if i get any time to do anything to it tommorow ill finish pulling sound deadening out and roof lining then just remove windows and lights then the car can be prepped for paint -

yeah all the ongoings lately has given me a boot up the arse lol, no probs dude just gimme a text when you want to pop up for it what you like with bodywork lol, I need to key the whole car inside and out :S
