once its all stripped the hard part begins getting the block head and sump ready for painting cant wait joel

well yesterday i stripped my spare engine head off sump off and crank almost out and shit its going to need some work quite a bit of movement in the pistons in the bore a sit load of build up on the piston tops and the valves are also very built up . but i seem to have a 4efte crank in it. it says 4ET of it anyway it looks ok no marks that i can see yet joel

i didnt know what to do with out my fix of uksc have never felt boredum like it in my life joel

they have more lift and duration than standard cams as far as i know. turbo guys use them with good results and the are out of a 1500 N/a so can only do good things havent heard any N/A 4efe guys use them so its more of a learn from doing situation . to raise the limit you would have to get an ecu which is also part of my plans. joel

ok update time my engine build parts list has started first thing on the list that i have bought is a set of 5efhe cams soon to bought parts are trd headgaskit lightwight pullys paddle clutch, get my standard flywheel lightend and balanced got some gt rods going into it and get the crank lightend and balanced and full gasket set will up load pics of stuff as i get it joel

damn if i could get someone to buy my d2s would have a set of these doubt that will happen before in increase tho.

thanks idrees just had a look on TM and its only 175 quid for the 24mm arb and whiteline droplinks think i might go for the 24 mm as there is some great roads near me and like my suspention stiff. anyone running a 24mm on the road?

ok guys going to get a whiteline front anti roll bar and dont know if i should go for the 22mm one or the 24mm is there much if any diffrence in the two ? thanks joel
