going for looks over engine tuning, will be getting coilovers and my new wheels on too, got a Baileys dump valve and HKS acuator last night so will fit those soon

Would be better off with an SSQV rather than the Baileys.

i actually have a disassembled gearbox in my store room,,,very close to hand...,but what tools would i need to determine tread pitch/size?....as i doubt i have such readily available, but could ask around and see

A thread gauge would be best. They're cheap enough to buy.

Wouldnt do the foam idea. It's just asking for corrosion issues. Welded in braces will offer a better solution.

Get some discs and pads from ID workz or somewhere like that.

All depends, currently fitted with a WEPR power up kit and a few other goodies, but can be returned to standard if needed.

Might be tempted to sell mine for the right price lol.
