Cool no worries, just thought it may help. I am making a fuel cell from scratch so i have quite a few bits getting laser cut shortly. Keep the updates rolling Chanelle
-
Looking good Chanelle. If your making a custom inlet manifold and need some thick alloy cut for the inlet flange part then let me know! There is a pretty good guy that advertises on ebay and can cut the alloy template for the flange. I can easily draw the flange detail up on AutoCAD for you if thats any help? Jason

Looks mint mate! That looks cool with the inlet manifold painted also, first one i have seen with that done and im surprised nobody else has done it before, or at least i haven't seen it before

Where To Get Free Photoshop Or Similar?
jason_l replied to Dean @RW-Developments's topic in Off Topic
Every photoshop you do for him hide a small penis in all the pictures! I used to work for a Architectural company and used to hide crap all over the place. Almost got in trouble once when i did a render of a building and accidentally left ronald Mcdonald waving out of one of the windows!! And if someone ever takes my architectural models apart they will be shocked at what they find! -
Just sign the V5 over to me should be fine Steve No worries dude, just pay the postage and they are yours, they would otherwise just be going in the bin as i don't need them! Jason

You have sold your soul to the devil............thats why i changed my avatar Will chuck them in but they are cack so you have been warned, and they stink! ;) Just checked and there are 8 spare Jubalee clips, they look pretty good to be honest Steve so i think they will be more than good enough. Jason
-
I will add them in with the bolts! They are just standard Jubalee clips, i don't know if they are any good but they where supplied with an intercooler kit so you would think they are ok? Do you want some silicone hose pieces as well??? To be honest the hoses are cack! They are made by casting rather than the normal 3 ply system so i can't see them lasting 5 minutes to be honest! they are 64mm so don't know if they are any good? Jason
-
Anywhere should do them really. these are the style of ones i am going for..... egay I have the jubalee ones that came with my intercooler fitting kit but not using them, plus the silicone hoses that came with that are just shocking. but the pipework is mint, which is what matters
-
I know another word that will probably finish you off Steve..............4 little letters. brum
-
You using the proper Mikalor clamps or just Jubalee style ones?
-
My Plan has worked Like i said i will see what we got, its mainly bolts but there may be some nuts and washers???
-
M4,5,6,7,8 is the thread size of the bolts. Most of the bolts used around the engine trim and car will more than likely be M6 and about 12-20mm long. Nearly all the threads on the car will be a Metric type (so M something). Then you get different thread pitch's so M4 Fine, standard and Corse......but thats going into more detail.

I have been looking at Sandwich plates and the brass inserts also. Im still uncertain what one to go for??? I have the room for the sandwich plate as i have no Power steering But the oil temp can come off the standard oil housing so the sandwich plate will only be used for oil pressure, i think this may look a bit strange. At the same time i saw someone mention about the brass t piece being a bit dodgy as if the thing snaps a bit may fall into the block, decisions................

Yes but Sparky will want Green also
-
No worries Steve, im back to work on Monday so can have a look at what we got. I think most bolts will be M6 which i can't send out as they are the main ones we use. but i defo have M 8 in stainless hex head, M5 hex head Countersunk (Black) and M4 (same as the M5's). Will have a little look at what we got and bag up a selection, if any of them are usefull then i may be able to supply more. You want them sent to Socks again??? Jason ;)

Thanks dude, think im going to have to get me some of that, looks proper TOXIC green in colour
-
Big Rant or what! LOL Steve, sometimes these things have to go backwards slightly before you can go forward again. I found out this with the Demon, had to cut the chassis apart just to get the coilovers to go on properly. Good idea to just have a step back and concentrate on the mechanics, i have pretty much done the same and put a stop on buying any more parts for the buggy for a few months!!!! That doesn't mean im going to stop working on it but concentrate on getting the buggy put together!!! Steve, if you need any bolts just give me a shout!!! We have thousands of bolts that where donat
-
Looking MINT dude!!!! Loving the pink and green hoses, where did you get the Green hose from??? it looks proper bright..... ;)
