  1. I know the feeling! I have been off work for nearly 3 months now after heart operation and it sucks ass. Nothing to do but tinker with the odd car part! I couldn't drive for nearly 2 months. I go back to work on the 10th and i can't wait, sounds crazy but when you have been off for so long it drives you mad!!!!! I have had a ingrowing toe nail removed and the nail bed destroyed, god the pain was bad. Must be even worse if they left the band on Hope you feel better soon mate. Jason
  2. Know about the money, i budget about £200-300 a month spending on the Demon, usually go over that though. Although there are not many more expensive parts i need, hopefully! sorry Steve, the HKS actuator i have isn't like your breeding fuel pump you had
  3. Get it done Steve!!!!! That ECU should make a big difference and get a HKS actuator on order as well, i have one sat here just doing nothing in my big box of bits! Actually pains me seeing all these parts lying here doing nothing! I could probably make a whole GT with these parts........... Let us know what the ECU is like mate
  4. Hi and welcome to the club Mo-fo Sorry, couldn't resist! Hope you get a nice mint black Glanza and im sure the guys on here will help if they can Jason
  5. The same thing that pisses me off everyday at the moment......... The sun is out and the Demon is not on the road!!!!!!!!! AAARRRRGGGGHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!

  9. Will do mate, i just have a few little bits to finish on the template and they will be good to go, want to be the first Auto version?
  10. From memory i think the ID of the rad hoses is 28mm but im not 100% certain??? I have a fiat chinqy rad on mine and the hoses are 32mm on that, i couldn't believe the starbo hoses where smaller bore than the fiat ones ;)
  11. Probably, while your there make sure you fit his smoked rear light panel
  12. Welcome to the club! Everyones nice and friendly here, but if you don't get pictures up soon you will be shot! Jason

  14. Hi Steve, I joined up on the TPM forum a while back and will be getting a subscription also I posted up some pictures of my Starlet engined kitcar and would love to have it featured (when its ready). I don't know what the deal would be as its technically not a Toyota, just most of one. I mentioned it to Banzai/Jap Performance and they wanted to feature it but couldn't! Any luck or am i best going for a kitcar mag, would prefer a jap mag Jason ;)
  15. Thanks for the comments Luke and im really happy they are in and looking fully sexual. @redz, i looked into getting the Glanza V part to light up but the dials are completely different to the GT version and i don't think it would have worked as well so rather than it not lighting up correctly and looking a bit strange i changed the deisgn to have the Glanza text just etched into the dials. Jason
  16. Looks great Steve, get that in there asap. I have been looking at ECU's recently and i would love an Apexi but i just don't have the cash, going to try something different and run a AEM unit Keep the updates coming dude!!!!!
  17. ^^^^ Thats called Gangsta lean
  18. Thanks Sparkster This is the one i got.....http://www.amazon.co.uk/Draper-79340-140W-...9756&sr=8-1 only £16.48 from amazon and free delivery! Lowest price on ebay was £21.50 ;) But you can get LOADS of extra bits on ebay! Jason
  19. *** mini update *** Well today was a better day, was like a mini crimbo. Started off with my draper multitool turning up in the morning, great service from Amazon. Only ordered it yesterday at about 2pm. Then about an hour later i had 3 packages arrive New replacement oil filter, Aero locking fuel cap for the fuel cell i will be making and loads of grinding/polishing/cleaning tools for the multitool. Got out into the shed workshop and started with the multitool and i have to say its fantastic, for only £16 its worth every penny and then some. Got the oil filter bracket all sanded, smoothed and polished in a few hours of using it. Its not 100% perfect and the bottom is a little less smooth but its not really going to be noticed. Here is the outcome........ and the Aero filler cap, already changed the bolts over for black hex head ones as i didn't like the ones that came with it! Have started back on the rocker cover with the multitool and its going loads better. It just eats through it and leaves a pretty good finish. Going to be a few days of sanding but will look amazing when done. I need to get a bigger polishing kit as well as the small one isn't really ideal for large items and leaves slight swirls in the alloy. Got a few other things that im working on and hopefully the Demon will be back to a rolling shell shortly Jason ;)
  20. Car looks pretty cool Get those plastic strips off the side and it will look 100% better :harhar:
  21. Haha Thanks Guys. Its not really a case of too much free time but what i can do at the moment. Demon is currently in pieces and there is nothing i can really do till it goes back together. So im at home with a few parts that i can work on and bling up. Once the Demon is back to a rolling chassis i can crack back on with some proper work. Jason :harhar:
  22. *** Small Update *** Well i have been sanding and polishing for days now and im just not getting anywhere. The castings from parts are so crap that you need to put in so much work its unreal! Still sanding down the rocker cover and its slowly getting there. Thought i would have a break from this and spice it up a bit...............so i decided to start sanding/polishing another part Started looking at the oil filter bracket and did a little, well i say a little but i have actually spent about 8 hours on this part :harhar: started off like this..... and after 8 hours............... Still needs work. but will be worth it when all the polished parts come together. I decided that im going to need something to get into all the small parts and the lettering on the rocker cover so started looking at Dremel type kits on the bay. Found a nice draper kit on ebay with 56 extra bits for £21.50 shipped. Thought this was a pretty good price but then i checked his pictures and they where just stolen from Amazon.com. So i thought i would check amazon and RESULT!!!!! its only £16 on their site new and comes with free delivery! So i have a tidy little Draper multitool coming from Amazon and i have also ordered loads of spare sanding/grinding/polishing tips from ebay. This should hopefully speed things up and give a better finish also, should of just done this from the start. I am also speaking to Ricky at Race Tech about some modifications to the Inlet manifold i have being made, should be pretty sexy when its ready Jason ;)
  23. Just a quick one on top of jezza's chop........ Jason :harhar:
  24. Welcome to the club dude :harhar: Just add some pictures to this thread, or if your planning lots of mods then add a build diary up under members rides in the correct section, and everyone here loves pictures ;) Jason
  25. Sorry dude it was a few years ago now, just search dentrix/dentdevil etc on the net and you will find someone. They get all the little niggly dents out without removing paint etc but if the car is all scratched up then you would still need a respray. The price i paid was a show special, so may be more money now??? Most companies have national agents and they come to you, while your at work, home etc
