  1. I have a 133 on Forza, it has Ronal Turbos on it and I think it's full of win to be honest.
  2. Looking good, how's the handling compared to your GT?
  3. It's great to be back in the Sax. *hides away*
  4. You forgot the Saxo.
  5. A couple of ideas but nothing is set in concrete yet. I think if I posted it I doubt anyone would be interested anyway..
  6. A huge thank you to Blitz who took me out. It was a lovely car, I do completely love the look of it, the way the power comes in, the noise - The JDM'ness lol. However, I'm now swaying away from the 200 and the EP's... Thank you Blitz, thank you.
  7. I am swaying towards the Starlet but tomorrow I'll know for sure where I stand when I ring up a few places regarding insurance for the '200. Cheers for the replies all.
  8. Hey, I'm not really much of a poster but I need some advice and maybe a lil bit of charity. Righty then... Literally I've just come out of a five and a half year relationship and I've been wanting a Turbo Starlet 82/91 for quite a while now... However after spending all day on Youtube watching videos of Clio 200 with a Cup chassis my Parent's though it'd be a good idea for them to book me a test drive for today. Well I've just gotten back from a test drive in the 200 and it was absolutely lovely, great feedback from the steering, lovely noise from the standard exhaust/induction and a really nice place to sit with the Recaros however I'm not sure if I'd be spending £18,642 just for the sake of it. Y'know trying to fill the void from what my Girlfriend has left but saying that I'm weirdly not missing her, this could be down to the fact that I know the relationship has been dead for the past year. Maybe I'm wanting something to channel my time into? Would I be a mug to spend £18k on a fantastic new car at 20 years of age? Surely I should just spend £4'ish'K on a mint Quadlight/Glanza cause I know it sounds sad but I don't wanna be driving the 200 and then I see a Starlet and I think dayumn - I wanna be modding it etc. I'd be buying the Clio on finance, and obviously when it comes to servicing etc I'd have to take off the bits and bobs so they don't think I'm modifying it. I am in a secure job so I'm not threating about losing the job regarding the finance. However, I've never been in a Turbo Starlet before. Does anyone live in/around Ipswich/Colchester that could let me ride shotgun in their Turbo.? I am fully aware the Starlet will be loud, raw, old and it'll probably have that old skool feel about it, something that is completely opposite to the 200 but before I spend so much on a Clio I really do want to make sure I'm not gonna be missing the Starlet. Oh and I had an itb fully stripped Saxo so I am used to the raw feeling. Cheers for the help (I hope. )
  9. I have an Autoglass one. Saying that yesterday it was sooo windy that after I put it up I decided to put it down, little did I know that a leg would snap off by the time I put down the other three legs. So there's me trying to stop a big ass heavy canopy from smacking any cars in a Morrison car park, that definitely was a 'FML' moment.
  10. Don't shit on your doorstep etc.
  11. Radio 1XTRA. The inner chav within me is strong.
  12. As soon as you get some wheels it'll look bloody lovely!
  13. *Waiting patiently for a picture...*
  14. I dunno if I'm right but aren't vinyl numberplates legal if your car is imported before 1998 or am I talking out my arse?
  15. Not that you take part in this activity.
  16. Vimeo definitely has some top quality videos.
  17. Is she booked in for a Rolling Road yet?
  18. I'll do some searching then, cheers guys.
  19. Hey, I don't really know if this is the correct place for this to be posted but here it goes. :-/ I remember seeing a picture of someone's Glanza with a carbon fibre bonnet and it was frozen over, with the frost it was possible to see the 'beams' of the bonnet. I've searched the forum for about ten minutes looking as far back as September's POTM voting, but with no luck. So if someone could post that picture it'd be greatly appreciated.
  20. Always been one of my favourite Glanzas. I just hope the next owner takes just as much care as Scott did.
  21. R32. /Thread
  22. Okay then, who was that in the two tone GT Turbo? Crossed headlights, crossed fogs & rear lights? Had a good time with you I was in the Icelandic Grey Saxo, playing with the 300zx TT, 3000 GTO & an S14.
  23. I remember my first car - A lovely '95 Clio and that had the mighty Black Ice. *Ahh memories*
  24. Anyone else up for this?
