mines got a huge crack in.. lots of stone chips n sctratches. i have a spray gun do you reckon its cheaper to buy fibreglass, filler, paint, laquer, primer and other items like sanding paper. or cheaper to try n find a nice-ish second hand one? what do you guys think i maybe be modding the bumper in the future for fmic but not sure yet. this whole idea something im considering doing for the future.

the 90% bends on that system come up alot. i dont think its something you specificly notice. im ok with physics and such and i can understand some of the faults that people may believe and the faults that are true. but then only way to know is to compare or try. there not bad for the cash the arc ones are about 450 or something from what i know, and they come up on yahoo auctions now n then. id be stuck between choice too. im thinking of getting one soon but dont know which one. im not spending over 350 for an intercooler... some are rip offs.

ive also tried resricting the air flow again today it didnot work i looked at your turbo pics craig i ha noticed the flap but the wastegate whole ect doesnt seem to appear bigger although it probably is. i have no standard airbox

i like my sucking noise. thats what every blitz intake ive heard sounds like. i know loads of people with great sucking noises. and mine exhaust roars and sucks. car noises are a combination. but thats besides the point of the question i asked.

sounds quite important to me though... so im concerned to loose my air sucking sound. the stock airbox i no longer have and probably sounds of nothingness. i just have a cheap air filter, ill try it 2moz

yeah i do need it done.. and i tried to restrict the intake. it never worked. only thing else i can do is to swap my intake to my shit one. but then its gonna sound shit too

anyone know anyone who does it and roughly how much? or shall i attempt doing it myself.. although i dont fancy seperating the turbo again
