^lol.. for the records i have proof of my bhp it used to be in the gallery but im not wasting my time posting it for a couple of muppets who brought that up for no reason in the first place. i like the site and Jay the mod sent me a polite apoligy which was cool. its just you always get that feeling something cocky will come up when you post.

i do 500x150pixels. so yeah around that size. id say if it was longer one way make it slightly thinner the other way.
