Hey daz, i had this problem and managed to trace it back to a hair line crack in the rad, right at the top too. Only ever lost coolant when on track after a few laps giving it large. Might be worth a check. Sam

they rattle when the you press the clutch down and thats it really, mine doesnt make any other noises, who fitted it for you? i did have a problem with it not going into gear but that was a different story.

Have just received confirmation that il be driving in the 24hr kart race at Le Mans. Race is taking place at alain prost route du chemix aux boeufs 7200 le mans. As the name suggests was designed by alain prost! Uber excited about this, had to qualify in the top 8 for a drive n came 3rd out 22! Its happening around june 30th. Shame its not at the same time as actual le man but still fantastic none the less. UKSC sticker on helmet? Lol Just thought id share! Sam
