  1. i can not wait to see the sparcos on this badboy! Phil.
  2. TRD front shocks/spring combo fitted, and thankfully she is now sitting about 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch lower!! praise be to TRD!!!!!!! havnt got to the rears yet, will get along to those during the week...after my Metallica Marathon! Phil.
  3. that is utterly savage my friend!!!! cant fault that at all! Phil.
  4. thanks dude, i'll get this suspension thrown on and see about some fresh clean pics of the motor with all the wheels and wheel nuts on together. think its time i looked into a machine polisher too, dont think i'm gettin the best results by hand tbh. she was very enjoyable on the way home man, that 0.8bar is very lively compared to how she was, i have more confidence in her when comin up against some knob-feature in a bigger car lol. as u say, starting to show some promise indeed, been mulling it over, FCD & ported exhaust mani should see her happier still! Phil.
  5. pfffffffffffffft...in that case, get on the blower with someone breakin a GT, infact, try Jay right this instant, he should have something kicking around. Phil.
  6. i have absolutely no idea what the terry-funk u are waffling about my good sir! not the slightest inkling, must be lost in translation! lol! today....we shall fits the TRDs and KYBs....yar! Phil.
  7. lol sorry Nick i know i promised, i fail, i'll get on it, i suck. the lead u provided fits yes, i jus havnt had the headunit out yet to see if there is somewhere on the back of it to connect to. it may be like 15yrs old, but its kind funky. what i have realised of course is, with its age, it obviously wont read MP3 cds, which blows, so i'm gonna have to make up 10 audio cds with a whole 15 tracks or whatever on them each just to make it do anything worth while lol. but it should look retro cool! also....robert...stew??? lul! Phil.
  8. £23.47 and a 10p mix from the shop?? sorry...i just really fancy a pick n mix and that came out as my suggestion....i fail...i know... Phil.
  9. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm 0.8bar of boost mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm as u can probably tell, a successful day's tuning with Jay was had today! HKS actuator installed and after some adjustments and some delicious fuel cut, Jay found the sweet spot for increased boost without smacking the wall that is fuel cut. Seemed to be not holding very well but after i left Jay to head home it seemed to hold it better and was boosting consistently and only dropping very very slightly from 0.8bar! certainly very noticeable compared to the 0.6 i was gettin. so, 0.8bar is the limit sans FCD, but Jay reckons he has a JAM one with my name on it, so thats the next stage in a few weeks time, see then if the man himself cant push that magic bar figure just a slight touch higher for added grins! also, got an undertray fitted again, so hopefully that'll see the bay a bit cleaner. and also, as my suspension calved at the hands of the DOE and i had stolen some of Marks, I have now obtained a set of TRD front shock/springs and KYB rears from Jay, so hopefully should get those fitted ASAP and then its off to see Paul_GlnzV for a full alignment number. Jay also sent me packing with a stock exhaust mani to try porting, so dremel time awaits! Phil.

  16. As above Stevie, its full man! Phil.
  17. awesome, alot of it is local NI humor that may get lost in translation, i know Nath has a difficult time with some of the things i say, but i think most of it should be fairly universal. utter genius these lads. and yes, that is actually wot country folk in NI are like! Ballymena all over lol! and i can say that because i'm from Co. Antrim lol! Phil.
  18. Wintersun - Battle Against Time Phil.

  20. indeed, Gaz's is not a Toyota blue. ah yes, i forgot about that blue Joel, so yeah, Glanzas came in two blues, neither of which are very common. Phil.
  21. i cant commit as yet because of work man. i'm doin overtime at least 3 days a week, and we're expecting German contractors next week, i could well have to work at the weekend. Phil.
  22. was gonna say, Jezza is on the case for this one. if it costs a few extra pennies to have u make me one up with JD Tuning etched onto it, i still want one please Jezza. so, thats your green light, make me one. now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! please? Phil.
  23. Fony - Helium. Phil.
  24. are u thinking of my colour?? Glanzas never came in a metallic blue no, only the single shade of light blue but that wasnt metallic to the best of my knowledge. the only metallic blues that were done were on the Soleil edition of the n/a EP91 which is the Mica Blue Metallic which is what my car is, and also the Caribbean Blue that Sparky's old N/a came in (there may be some obscure blue variations in some other euro countries, Galliano could answer that one). I dont have a paint code for Sparky's Caribbean metallic blue, but my Blue Mica Metallic is 8L5. Phil.
