  1. he lets me down at every turn, it really is quite disheartening. Phil.
  2. lol i know i know, been workin and metallica'ing it up. metallica yesterday, metallica tonight, i'm sure mark and i will get a look at them ASAP! Phil.
  3. Received a set of blue Samco radiator hoses courtesy of Notorious Cat yesterday, and they're mmmmmmmmmmmmmint! lookin forward to gettin them on. also paid for an Apexi EL 1 EGT gauge in Japland today, that stung, hopefully riko can get it here fairly soon. brakes to be refreshed, and then that'll be it for some time i imagine other than keepin her tickin over with oil changes etc, in the process of lookin for my own house, so all i will want the car to do is function relialy on a daily basis, so i dont think there will be any turbo upgrades for a few years. right now 0.8bar is lively enough
  4. my word....a post from Phil on NaStarletclub...must be a full moon tonight! Phil.
  5. that looks utterly pro abbott man!!!! outstanding work there! Phil.
  6. outstanding service. simple as that. item was in better condition than expected, excellent communication, he even went as far as to exhange mobile numbers so as to keep me in the loop regarding when item was sent. ouldnt be happier! top lad to trade with! Phil.
  7. yes, they will be playing the DM stuff, fact, but its also their first time in Belshaft in around 20yrs, so i am expecting some goodies, including their Sweet Savage cover from Garage Inc. Phil.
  8. very clean as already said! nice one! health to enjoy dude! Phil.
  9. i can meet u at the same place this evening if u want dude to get them back to u?? i have an appointment at 7, so it would be maybe 9.30 or so before i'd be able to get down there, but do-able man. drop me a text sure if u want them tonight. tbh, when we get the kybs on and the whole alignment jigged up, i will most likely run with this set up until it calves. Jay has discovered that the breaks need some relatively urgent attention, but aside from that, i'm on the lookout for a house, and coilover money is something i wont have, so i will make do with the TRDs and KYBs. as for Metallica...i
  10. i can not wait to see the sparcos on this badboy! Phil.
  11. TRD front shocks/spring combo fitted, and thankfully she is now sitting about 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch lower!! praise be to TRD!!!!!!! havnt got to the rears yet, will get along to those during the week...after my Metallica Marathon! Phil.
  12. that is utterly savage my friend!!!! cant fault that at all! Phil.
  13. thanks dude, i'll get this suspension thrown on and see about some fresh clean pics of the motor with all the wheels and wheel nuts on together. think its time i looked into a machine polisher too, dont think i'm gettin the best results by hand tbh. she was very enjoyable on the way home man, that 0.8bar is very lively compared to how she was, i have more confidence in her when comin up against some knob-feature in a bigger car lol. as u say, starting to show some promise indeed, been mulling it over, FCD & ported exhaust mani should see her happier still! Phil.
  14. pfffffffffffffft...in that case, get on the blower with someone breakin a GT, infact, try Jay right this instant, he should have something kicking around. Phil.
  15. i have absolutely no idea what the terry-funk u are waffling about my good sir! not the slightest inkling, must be lost in translation! lol! today....we shall fits the TRDs and KYBs....yar! Phil.
  16. lol sorry Nick i know i promised, i fail, i'll get on it, i suck. the lead u provided fits yes, i jus havnt had the headunit out yet to see if there is somewhere on the back of it to connect to. it may be like 15yrs old, but its kind funky. what i have realised of course is, with its age, it obviously wont read MP3 cds, which blows, so i'm gonna have to make up 10 audio cds with a whole 15 tracks or whatever on them each just to make it do anything worth while lol. but it should look retro cool! also....robert...stew??? lul! Phil.
  17. £23.47 and a 10p mix from the shop?? sorry...i just really fancy a pick n mix and that came out as my suggestion....i fail...i know... Phil.
  18. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm 0.8bar of boost mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm as u can probably tell, a successful day's tuning with Jay was had today! HKS actuator installed and after some adjustments and some delicious fuel cut, Jay found the sweet spot for increased boost without smacking the wall that is fuel cut. Seemed to be not holding very well but after i left Jay to head home it seemed to hold it better and was boosting consistently and only dropping very very slightly from 0.8bar! certainly very noticeable compared to the 0.6 i was gettin. so, 0.8bar is the limit sans FCD
  19. sorry to hear about all the troubles steve man! hope u get sorted ASAP! Phil.
  20. some VERY tasty lookin EPs right there! Phil.
