  1. He means the rear trailing arms Sam, we have these coming out in Polyurethane and we also have a set of Pillowball Cusco ones here for a GT if anyone needs Thanks, T
  2. As above it will raise the CR a little, it also depends if you skim the head or modify the combustion chamber as this will also effect CR. We use TRD gaskets with some of our lower power forged engine rebuilds as we use lower CR dished pistons (10cc drop per piston). If the customer is using one of our Hybrid CT9's and still wants to retain good engine response then we use a TRD thinner gasket to counteract the lower CR of the pistons otherwise the CR is too low. At the opposite end if the customer wants a 300hp monster we use the same pistons and a 1.2-16mm gasket to lower the CR for big boo
  3. Nice Starlet Minxy very subtly done keep it up
  4. Hi guys, Is it possible to embed games like this on a website? Thanks, Toby
  5. Yeah I remember the TTE splitter we had on our SR Turbo, had to get it from Germany and was stupid money. If someone can lend us one we can replicate it but no one was up for doing it. Otherwise as above Laguna looks pretty good.
  6. Hi guys, We will work out all the prices/discounts when we start the GB. The 3G disks we can supply the smaller diameter for NA Starlets no problem there. One more for the rear drum lines and we are good to go, does anyone have a set of full rear lines they can send me? T
  7. Yeah that's fine guys, no problem at all. Hopefully the guys with drums on the rear can get 5 people together then we can supply rear braided lines for them as well. Will do a similar one to before, 3G 10GR front and rear disks, 1144 pads front, OEM pads rear, braided lines all round and Toyota 5.1 fluid :surrender: T
  8. Yeah that's for all four, for just two we can do it for less and will put this option on the site if needed for those that already have the fronts. If you guys could get some interest as I'm flat out that would be great, as soon as we have 5 let me know and I'll get them made. Lead time of 1-2 weeks to your door Thanks, Tobs
  9. Same price for all 4, £55.00 delivered GB price and around 15% more non GB just need 5 people then we can stock them for good
  10. Hi Rondal, Looking good make sure you keep posting progress pics! Are you going for a stock 4efte or are you forging, any mad turbo setups? Even in stock form you will love it I can assure you! All the best, if you need any tech help at any time let us know happy to assist but by the looks of things you are more than competent! Best Regards, Toby
  11. That's the thing though it's made for the masses, if it was made for car enthusiasts and was really accurate then it wouldn't have the market it does now. All about one thing, MONEY. If it didn't have silly actors, a romance story, guns, drifting for telephone numbers etc then it wouldn't be popular for families and the general rif raf and wouldn't rake in millions. Total crap if you ask me makes a good watch though, easy viewing. Can't wait to see these new 24 speed geared cars too! T
  12. Yeah you just need more info from them really. We would charge as above, do you really need to go all out? Why don't you just do a conversion with a stock 4efte, get used to it and go from there? Labour wise we would charge £1000.00 Inc VAT for a conversion exc parts, it's not that hard but the loom takes at least half a day to splice if you get a EP82 4efte engine. If you get a EP91 Glanza engine then this time is reduced as you don't have to splice the entire loom with the old one. Overall not hard just takes some time to do. If you want to discuss further send an email to toytunin
  13. Honestly buddy for the hassle go for a FMIC, what spec are you running? T
  14. Ideally you need to get a full break down of everything, do they fit things like new oil pump, new water pump, new head bolts, new gaskets/seals etc Do you know how many they have done? Not putting them down at all have no idea who they are but you need to get ALL the details before commiting, a lot of people promise the world and can't deliver just saying this for your own benefit and nothing else as you could end up spending a lot more money in the long run. T
  15. We need to know what that includes, does it come with the engine, do you need to get a 4efte engine, does it come with the forged parts or do you need to buy these? Let us know it's very hard to tell from the info
  16. I think he means it comes with those parts, taken from our workshop page this is what you can do with us: "Complete Newly Rebuilt Forged 4EFTE Engines. All engines supplied to the following specification, options available on request: Wiseco Racing Low/Normal Compression 74.5mm Pistons Wiseco Racing Piston Rings/Pins Scat Forged Conrods with ARP 2000 Connecting Bolts Uprated Bi-Metal Head Gasket (Thickness Pending CR's) New Cambelt/Tensioner/Idler Kit New OEM Toyota Head Bolts New OEM Toyota Complete Engine Gasket Set New OEM Toyota Oil Seals New OEM Toyota Water Pump New OEM Toyot
  17. What is the full spec list they have offered, who is it and what expereince do they have the 4efte? We charge £2350.00 Inc VAT for a full forged engine only, that's drive in drive out. That doesn't include cams, management, turbo so sounds quite cheap but let us know on the above. With something like a forged engine it's crucial you don't skimp on costs and use the right people but this doesn't mean they are not up for the job. Thanks, Toby
  18. That is pretty much it, normal cooler is air to air, charge is air to water so you can influence the temps more
  19. Is it on yahoo? If so don't forget buyer fees, VAT at import (15%) and customs and excise duty will maybe be more like £400.00 once here. I think Tim had one made a while back sure it was arond £750.00 may be wrong T
  20. You can get a good FMIC for £300.00 and under, where have you seen one in Japan and what price? T
  21. For the cost and gaines not really but everyone will be differnt, has been done before If me I would stick with a good FMIC or a ARC TMIC
  22. @ Lew - Yeah sure let me just get the V5's @ jo - Yeah tread carefully or we'll put a 1.0 4k from a 1979 Starlet in lol!
  23. @ Ben - Yeah so would I! @ Jo - Just walking you to the door now
  24. I'll trade my whole fleet for it!! One day, I can dream.. Edit: When I say "just got this through" I meant in an email, we get info on all cars I don't actually have it otherwise I wouldn't be here typing this now! T
