  1. Amazing cars imo, just got this through from one of our Japanese exporters: I want!! Yeah right!!
  2. Speak to Elephant they should have it on their system, or Sky Insurance sure they do. T
  3. No the pulsar one doesn't fit unless you mount up front, to be honest you can get FMIC's so cheap these days it's not worth it. Rx7 Rev 2's do fit but you need a new bit of silicone to go from the cooler to throttle body. Most FMIC's are designed to fit with aircon, hence why the routing is so silly and goes across the manifold, down the side, back across and into the cooler all for the sake of the three hot days we get in summer! Ideally bin the aircon, free up some much needed space (you can now relocate the air filter), save around 15kg's and re-route the hot side of the piping to shorter
  4. Ah right I see fair play mate Kevin thinks it's 3/4" and says it should be stamped on it, don't have any in stock so can't look. Accident wise had two in December, one not so bad and one pretty bad as I stupidly wasn't wearing a seat belt but I'm on the mend so thanks for the kind words. From this: To this: Rubbish picture as my friend took it through the gates at night on his phone but you can see it's now dead, we smashed into the barrier backwards dead straight at 50mph, the front hit after spinning you should see the back, side was okay though testament to the quality and saf
  5. I'm not 100% Nath I'll see if Kevin knows as I'm not very mobile at the moment. Are you making a custom one? Stock one should be okay though unless comething else. T
  6. Yeah another good point lads any smoke at all? The PCV (Positive Crankcase Ventilation) can become really brittle when old as they are plastic so also worth checking. Timing that is out and VAC leaks will also do what you describe but get back to us when you can. T
  7. Sounds like timing is out to me, idle will hunt up and down if timing is out check with a light gun and report back. Same goes if you had a DISGUSTING vac leak. Edit - List your full engine spec T
  8. Yeah that's the actual bumpers thought you wanted splitters my mistake, I personally like the splitters more in the lines of the car but everyone will be different T
  9. No problem will let you know. Yes they did three different types of front splitter, one type of side skirts I think and two different rear splitters: Type A Type B Type C Type A Type B Hope that helps, all viewable on our website when we re-open. T
  10. Yeah Toyota heads are very restrictive across the board so some serious ponies to be had there, your engine is also immaculate and was procisely rebuilt with huge attention to detail so it's not normal but that is a very impressive figure hats off mate. T
  11. Great pictuers Riko. Loving the EP7's really do. Would also love some of those pictures for our website let us know if that's okay. We are also making a customers project car section for when the site re-opens would be great if you could do a write up for us All the best and keep up the good work. Toby
  12. This is mine, love it really calming for D&B! Fast forward to 45 seconds, lovely instrumentals I also like classical so best of both worlds (I'm wierd I know) http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=MmPo9Cpn_MA
  13. No problem, it doesn't have a screen but you can obviously refer to your boost gauge unless you don't have one No worries though buddy.. T
  14. Best advice I can give is just don't go for looks, you need to be careful in matching springs and shocks rates as you could end with a pretty poor handling car. Are you running stock shocks? If so it doesn't really matter as without sounding rude it won't handle right anyway unless you opt for a very small drop like the TRD 25mm. It will also put immense stress on what may already be a worn pair of stock shocks depending in mileage. Ideally swap the lot with uprated shocks/springs or some coilovers. I can appreciate some are on a tight budget so lowering springs alone will be a quick fix but
  15. Hi Sam, Was the release bearing changed? And was the flywheel skimmed or did he not think it needed doing? Let us know when you can. T
  16. Exactly that you don't need to cut them, best to leave them. You just need to remove the bumper, fit the cooler and pipe work, put the bumper up against it & go from there. It's more the bottom part of the bumper underneath where you can't see as the IC pipes run down the bottom and just catch, not on all it does vary a little. Will be going up for £250.00 auction. Thanks, T
  17. Hi Pete, that is the Profec B (older one), the Profec B spec II is the newer smaller unit with a blue screen. Profec B: http://www.7msupra.com/pics/profecB02.jpg Profec B spec II: http://girlintheblackcar.com/images/300zx/300zxProfecB.jpg There are many good EBC's out there I just have had good experience with them so can recommend them, as the others have said some really good other units out there. They are very easy to install and setup, just be a little careful. Where are you based? If local I'll do it for you. I also have full English instructions if you need with installation and s
  18. As G-L said its more to do with shaving than cutting. You can butcher the front bars and cut them all out but personally I don't like how it looks and you get next to nothing in the way of performance gains. The AB88/Jap Speed FMIC kit is well priced, works well and is a pretty nice kit. Had one on our demo no2. Blitz is also nice but near identical to the AB88. We will be selling a Blitz FMIC kit soon, used, good condtion if your interested. It will go on ebay next week so keep an eye and please don't everyone PM/email us it's going on ebay final!
  19. Hi Craig, When you say AFR are you referring to a wide band or narrow band? If a narrow band that runs off the lambda/02 sensor then I would advise using a Vac gauge instead. The cheaper narrow bands don't do a lot, flash like a disco light and are generally useless, more to fill a space than anything else. If a wide band then I would advise this over a Vac gage. If it was me and I had to have two gauges and two only I would have boost and EGT (exhaust gas temperature). EGT will pretty much safe guard you from a lot of potential problems especially if it has a peak warning indicator: http:/
  20. As Ian said if your on a budget the HDi looks like a good bit of kit, you can also fnd the profec B older style on ebay quite often a few on there: http://shop.ebay.co.uk/?_from=R40&_trk...p;_nkw=profec+b http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/JDM-Trust-Greddy-Pro...A1%7C240%3A1318 That's the one. If your after a screen for some fancy looks then something like the AVCR is a good buy.
  21. Madness that looks bloody dangerous! I'll see if I can persuade Kevin to get a battalion of fire fighters instead of a second lift!
  22. Lovely good job that man! Who owned it before it's on our gallery page on the site T
