My mate has bilstein shocks and eibach springs on his car and I love the handling so your recommendation sounds full of win! I didnt know eibach made springs for starlets, any idea who sells them?

Right lads, I have D2 coilovers which have been fully set up by a decent company for B road use. I do love the handling but living in London with 8 sets of huge speed bumps on each road doing 50 miles a day can get tiring. Also the fact that Ive never been on track is just a waste of having them. So I was thinking of getting a more road friendly set up, but I cant seem to find any companies that do a shock + spring combo. I really dont want to have standard shocks plus lowering springs again as I did before and it was rubbish. I dont want another set of coilovers as I just dont track my car so they wont be used to their potential. The only shocks I know that I can get are KYB gas ones but is there anyone that does a combo? Any recommendations?

Get black gt3's, would look better imo. Also get an OEM rear splitter, would finish it off ;).

I want that steering wheel! Where did you get it from? Your dad has great taste in cars. My dad takes my 82 out for a spin once a month or so and comes home with stories of what cars he beat .

D2 coilovers set up for fast B road use.

My coilovers feel a lot better then my springs did so I agree with this. But forget coilovers if your looking for comfort, you have to decide if its handling or comfort that you want tbh.

I wouldnt tbh mate, the halfords kit is only £15 more.

Halfords do a kit for £25. Dont put any oil in unless you get a low reading. Search on google and youtube for a decent guide.

So my turbo to cat gasket decided to fall apart so ordered a new OEM jobbie which I had fitted earlier on today. Was good being back to full power ;) . Whilst at it I decided to wire up my boost gauge to light up. Also had the engine compression tested, as I wanted to know the state of the engine before I mod any further and the results were really good, was surprised actually at an engine from 94 holding up so well. Now that I know it should handle more power, im going to slowly gather some parts for this project .

I will go on track if I still have my EP by then. Will let you know in a few weeks .
