  1. Turkish91 hit me up!
  2. Just posting this up to hopefully try and generate a bit of interest! Tomorrow night at 7pm, Mr Karting in Leamington Spa are holding their annual charity night in aid of the Warwickshire & Northamptonshire Air Ambulance. Everyone knows how important the air ambulance service is and I don't think I need to write an essay on the ins and outs of what they do and how they dont get any government funding etc etc... Basically, if you want to have a good laugh and raise money for a good cause at the same time, then come and join in the fun! £35 per driver, starts at 7pm (need to arrive at 6.30 to register) and will go on late into the night. We already have over 40 drivers booked in to race, from all ages and abilities so there is everything to play for... you don't need to be a pro!! Below is an extract taken from their facebook event page... Following on from the three successful charity nights we have run previously, we are pleased to announce the date for this year's event. It will be held on Friday 22nd June 2012 and will start at 7pm. The event will be run to our popular Grand Prix style event. Every driver will have 5 laps of practice, followed by 5 races of 8 laps, with the top 6 drivers progressing into the Grand Final. Depending on the number of entrants, there may also be an additional Ladies Final for the top six racers aswell. The cost of the Charity GP night is £35 per person, with £10 from each entry fee being donated towards the Warwickshire & Northamptonshire Air Ambulance! During the Event all race winners will pull out a raffle ticket, for a lucky person who will win a prize after each race, along with an Auction at the end of the evenings racing. The list of prizes which is constantly being updated is on our website - www.mrkarting.co.uk/charity.htm We will also have the BBQ set up again with food being sold during the evening to go towards our goal of raising as much money as possible. If you can help in anyway, through either a prize or a donation please get in touch on 01926 833444 Link to the page - http://www.facebook....26560934063226/ Link to the track - http://www.mrkarting.co.uk Address - Mr Karting Ltd Unit 2 The Hangars Harbury Lane Bishops Tachbrook Leamington Spa Warwickshire CV33 9SA Hopefully I might see some of you there!
  3. Unplugged Lambda took it for a spin... Drove the same if not worse Also topped up gearbox oil as it was a little low when we did the clutch... Still no difference (not that I was expecting any lol) ICV want cleaning?
  4. Plugs and leads all okay just checked that. All sensors as far as I can see are plugged in correctly, oil level is fine, coolant levels are fine. Its idling right now perfectly, and isnt getting hot, and isnt spluttering if I rev it up now. Take it for a drive, then it bogs down a bit then when you pull up and are stationary again it wont rev properly :/ Starting to wonder if the lambda sensor has died? Any easy way of checking?
  5. Hello everyone, just changed my bro's clutch on his 125k SR with one of my mates, all went on fine and did it in a few hours. The car has now got a misfire for some reason, which we initially thought was the alarm/immboliser playing up as when we reconnected the battery it started going mad (my bro has never used the alarm since buying the car, always left it unarmed and the fob in the glovebox). Now sorted the alarm and disarmed it, the car is still misfiring. I havent checked anything yet, but the car was serviced last january by myself and has done about 20k since, and had an oil change about 8months ago/ 6k ago. The car ran perfect before the clutch change all except for the noisy release bearing. It just seems to bog down loads in 2nd/3rd more noticeably. It starts fine and seems to rev fineish at stationary, but once moving its really lethargic What should I be checking/looking out for? Any suggestions welcome
  6. So is it your sister or not?
  7. Just out of interest... Your sister wouldnt by any chance be the same girl with an ST who stacked it at BHP show the other week?? And is trying to blame the accident on someone with a grey RX8?
  8. READ THE FUCKING REPLIES YOU MORON! You actually have the IQ of a biscuit!!! None of us are saying that! We are saying an EP3 with a lot of engine/breathing mods would keep up not be quicker! You put the thread up wondering why an EP3 had kept up with your sisters dogshit ST... You've now got your answer from the majority of people here so just leave it at that jesus christ!
  9. PS... I own an EP3, so Im not biased at all lololololol
  10. OP you have got to be THE most argumentative person ever, you asked a question, then when people make a suggestive answer to your question, you clearly have your own view on the matter and ignore everyone else. So why ask the question in the first place?? FACTS for you. - The ST weighs 1392kg - The EP3 weighs 1267kg - The EP3 with a manifold, full exhaust system, RBC inlet, GruppeM and KPro should COMFORTABLY pull 250bhp - As has been said, the EP3 could be stripped out, so minus 40kg lets say. - If your sisters ST is actually 330bhp then it equates to a pw ratio of 237bhp per ton. - A stripped (1227kg) EP3 with 250bhp equates to a pw ratio of 203bhp per ton. If you had 2 or 3 people in the ST with a full tank and the EP3 driver only and quarter of a tank, I bet there is fuck all in the pw ratio! EP3s are good cars, I was going to say underestimated but they're not, everyone knows they're quick. And not only that they have epic handling, and with the right suspenion mods will keep with the big boys in the bends! And as has already been said, if the EP3 was supercharged it would absolutely destory an ST.
  11. Was me who brought it back up Liam as I knew Rob was interested in it! Looks all good now if you ask me, and Rob knows his stuff so I'm assuming it has been repaired sufficiently Cant wait to see how this turns out. I miss EP's just a little bit! PS - It's CraGle's old car I believe!
  12. FUUUU White boy azonto!! x
  13. Lol I forgot to tell you the duck and deflectors are optionals as well my bad Roberto! I think you need to get a 12x6 import front plate to match the rear one!
  14. Yes still got these, only just seen your post! Sent you a PM
  15. Today people! Hopefully see some EPs there!
  16. BUMP BUMP BUMP No one up for this then??
  17. Yes it is mate! The same one, it's only just come back out on the road in late January after 11 months of storage! Countless problems, but pretty much all sorted now after buying a new rear diff, new suspension, new brakes, new tyres, new manifold... He got it mapped last Saturday to 1.6bar, with launch control fitted as well... it's an absolute weapon and is now around 370hp! Hence why he is acting like such a youth atm haha Just found a new phrase for the video description loool I know it's sick! Such a short but quality clip I love it!
  18. Looool
  19. Cheers bro, some asbo driving went down on the way home lol! I've been thinking of getting rid and getting a Glanza again for a while now, and seeing yours today made me go "Owwwwww!"
  20. Ha ha ha that was my mate! What an awesome fall! I was up there in my Civic EK Turbo, my mates were in a silver Evo V and that white RS3 that parked next to you I think?
  21. If that mileage has proof, and the gearbox is perfect then I would probably pay a grand for it, so its not far off really?
  22. Only saw it in the distance so no reg! Ice Blue V, looked like it had purple wheels and purple tow hook Anyone on here? I was one of the yobs on the pit bike flying around annoying everyone lol
  23. Bit of a thread bump lol... My mate has just been offered this very car as a straight swap for his KXF 250 The guy has told him its Cat C because someone keyed it across every panel...hmmm fibs!? I've been searching for this thread for like half an hour, as I was 99% sure it was the same car when he showed me a pic and I saw the reg!
