Used a toffee wheel mate, only took 20mins it's the best way, you'll be there for hours trying to rub it down and scrape it off! Got a nice little stock pile of parts that are getting fitted this weekend
-
That's looks nice bet it's so much more responsive! What have you done with the Air Flow sensor?
-
Yeah there's a couple of breather ports. I was referring to the sensors, I take it there the same.
-
Nice one I'll have the last one then buddy
-
Loving them seats, they suit the car really well! Are they on Ep91 rails or do the MR2 rails fit the starlets?
-
Are the NA sensors the same as the FTE sensors?
-
Cheers bud, it's getting there don't think I've spent no more than £400 on it including the car so it's just a bit of fun on a budget!

I changed the spark plugs on mine a couple of months ago so im doubtfull its that going to start with the cheapest option and work my way down the line. i suspect it is fuel related though.

That's not too bad, I used a Toffee wheel and it was done in 20mins. I need to give mine a deep cut and polish now to bring the paint back to how it was
-
It's only started doing it in the past couple of weeks, I'll change the fuel filter some time this week and let you know if it solves it. I was going to clean out the distributer aswell see if that's got anything to do with it.

Looks good mate, did you use a Toffee wheel to get the glue off?
-
Haven't updated this in a while but there's been some progress, got hold of a set of shocks and 40mm lowering springs (i think they're 40mm) the other week for £50 which i was really happy with, my shocks were shot and knocked all the time so they were well overdue a replacement! Here's how i got them, they were pretty dirty and rusty but generally all in good condition. I stripped them down and gave them a good clean, sand down, and a lick of paint. I couldn't get the rear shock top nuts off so just painted them as they were. And then finally got round to fitting them today,

Brought some shocks and springs of him, exactly as described, good price and fast delivery. Would buy of him again.

What shocks and springs are they? Condition? Location? Price?
