  1. Looking good mate, love a green 3 door 👍
  2. Cheers fella, were really happy with how it's all come together. Hopefully it's going for a mapping and rolling road session tomorrow so fingers crossed we'll get some decent results out of it, anything above 200 will be good.
  3. Well Emanage is now fitted and......it runs like shit 🙁 It was all too good to be true. Doesn't idle really hesatent and pretty much undriveable. Double checked all the connections and they're fine so it must be the map. Not all doom and gloom though it's now booked in for a map and rolling road session later on in the week, so at least we know it'll be safe and mapped propperly.
  4. That's a touch if you get the fuse box aswell, it'll be fine anything possible, it wouldn't be fun if it was all plug and play with no challenges!
  5. It will be a long process, however with this wiring diagram http://www.toyotagtturbo.com/wiki/EP82wiring/EP82%20Starlet%20Wiring%20and%20Connectors.pdf it should be possible. I'll take some photos of the 91 wiring diagrams I've got. I got it easy buying everything from one car but trying to fit Ep82 interior stuff in to an ep91 does no work everything needs to be modified to fit. I see there's a few ep91 glanzas being broke on eBay have you tried them?
  6. That loom that's for sale for £40 in the for sale section looks like it's a 2 ecu plug loom which would fit the ecu I was on about. As Luke said though it would have to be matched up to the engine bay fuse box and matched up to the interior loom. Nothing's impossible It just might take some time!
  7. No worries mate, I'm interguied how to do it the easiest possible way for future reference, I wanna drop a 4efte in an e10 Corolla I've got sitting around 😉 The only thing I'm not 100% on is the connectors to the interior loom using an 82 loom. Because it's quite different, that's where a 91 loom would be plug and play
  8. There's on on eBay https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/132084773039 But you might need the wiring loom to go with it, if not you'd have to chop and change the wires and connectors on the engine loom to fit the ecu. I'll do some research tomorrow Or this one should work.... http://www.ukstarletowners.com/topic/104702-4e-fte-starlet-gt-turbo-ecu-green-label-cw-brackets/#entry1205288 But it hasn't got the pins for the check pins like the other ecu has so don't know if that would cause any complications?!
  9. Re the wiring loom situaiton, I've been doing some digging around on the net and found this website....http://epbible.weebly.com/wiring-diagrams.html it's got all the 4efte and 4efe pin out puts. In an ideal world you want this ecu - 89661-10100 it's a 2 plug ecu 26 pin and 16 pin the same as an 4efe ecu. The 26pin plug would be from the engine loom and then the 16 pin plug would be from the interior loom and in theory it should be a plug and play. At a quick glance the only pin I can see that's different is on the 16pin plug - pin 15 boost control and I think that was for the high/low boost b
  10. Cheers mate fingers crossed it'll run sweet. I've left you a post on your build thread with aload of useful info I've found.
  11. Nice clean car mate, not too over the top just right!
  12. Hope so we'll all be disappointed if it doesn't! Emanage will be getting fitted tomorrow so we'll see what happens.
  13. As above how do I change my build thread title?
  14. Yeah man hopefully the emanage we've brought has got a decent map on it and we can just chuck it on the dyno and tweak the fuel and air. If it runs like shit though we'll have to get it mapped, hoping for anything above 200bhp
  15. Looks good bud, we got some 40mm apexi springs for £100 pretty sure we got them from euro car parts.
  16. Cheers mate, we're really impressed with how far the cars come along. Them pics aren't quite the fully finished article. Exhaust is painted and heat treated and all the underside has been cleaned and painted black so it's looking fresh! We also removed the sump cleaned and painted that and sealed it propperly as it leaking badly and so far the engines still bone dry. Anytime mate, I've got 95% of the ep91 wiring diagrams and a fairly decent Ep82 wiring diagram. I'd be interested to try work out how to fit the 82 engine loom to a 91 interior loom as it would be a lot easier and you'd be able t
  17. BIG UPDATE! We're now running TD04 and all relavent goodies to make More power! TD04 and Toyosports manifold with down pipe, External wastegate and screamer pipe, 370cc injectors, High flow fuel pump, And boost controller. So for the past couple of weeks we've made major progress on this. CT9 was good and fun but as this is a project and not a daily good wasn't good enough! We brought a TD04, toyosports mani and down pipe for £100, the turbo needed rebuilding but wasn't too much of a problem. We decided to go external waste gate so we'd have more control of what boost we was running rather
  18. That's a shame mate, how'd it give up when accelerating or just on idle? I'd be surprised if the cam belts snapped.
  19. TD04 and manifold is fitted, exhaust is modified, external waste gate fitted. Proper update coming soon!
  20. I'd also like to renew my membership but keep getting this?!
  21. That sounds good mate, if your going turbo you may aswell do it propperly! From experience I'd advoid anything Ep82 as in wiring looms as it's a lot of faffing around to make it work. I'd stick to the ep91 engine loom, aprrently you can modify the interior loom to fit ep91 glanza engine loom, but not too sure how much work it is. We've decided to go TD04 with 370cc injectors, fuel pump, front mount and emanage blue running 1 bar and looking to get around 220bhp anything more I think it needs to be forged.
  22. These turned up today, fake HKS dump valve, Walbo fuel pump and had the injectors for a while off the top of my head think they're 370cc. Got the dump valve fitted. Will get the rest done this week. Got a TD04 set up on the way aswell 😉
  23. Looks good mate! Intercooler looks nice and tidy behind the bumper
