  9. Plastidip! From the eBay add! PLASTIDIP IS AN AIR DRIED FLEXIBLE LIQUID *MATT COATING FOR USE ON VIRTUALLY ANYTHING! Until you have tried it, you won't believe how versatile Plastidip really is! Plastidip resists alkalines, acids, salts, moisture, abrasion, and most chemicals, and is an insulating dielectric coating. It will not crack, chip or peel, and will remain flexible even under severe conditions (-34ºc to +93ºc). Plastidip can easily be applied by spraying, brushing or dipping. Add more layers for greater protection and grip. WOOD: Seals and protects from weathering, and prevents splitting. METAL: Reduces vibration, deadens sound, prevents corrosion. GLASS: Shatterproofs glass objects (available in clear). Also... PLASTIC, RUBBER and CONCRETE SURFACES! Colours available are: Red, Yellow, Blue, Green, Black, White and Clear. Fluorescent Colours are also available: Red, Yellow, Pink, Blue, Orange, Green, and Purple. It's £16 a can though! Interesting idea though!

  12. Right then having fallen out of love for a bit after the pheasant incident and even thoughts of stripping it for a v! I'm loving it again! So let's crack on with the first of a few updates Over the coming months! Firstly I managed to get my fist item fitted today while I've been off! Been after in if these for a bit now I'm getting a bit anal in my old age! And I finally managed to pick one up to give me a matching pair! A cusco carbon front brace! Also I'm still rolling round with my pheasant damaged bumper on which is getting me down so I've cracked on with the new one! So here is a quick preview of how it's getting on! That's it for now but it wont belong before the next update! Rob

  20. Hi there guys and girls, After the huge success of the UKSC raffle we managed to raise a good pot for taking us forward at shows and events so in preperation for the biggest weekend club outing of the year we have been beevering away behind the scenes trying to source the best items to make our pressence at JAE better than ever! Well first on our shopping list was a large steel framed marquee to shelter us all from the elements! Seconed was a new generator so we werent always reliant on member lending us there generators we decided to go out and buy our own so its always available! Third and final on the shopping list was some new flags! We felt we really needed to simple but effective flags so we plumped for some feather flags which are still in the process of being printed but should be looking like this very shortly! These will all see there first outing at JAE and will then be there for any shows which require them in the future! On behalf of the entire admin team thanks to all that gave. Rob
  21. I cant see what metal would be grating on a shock! The only moving components are the the shock moving up and down and the top mount which pivots! The pivot in theory could make a grinding noise but would make it as the wheels turn! Not while on full lock! I would look at brakes or tyres on to the inner arch! Thinks which move while on full lock! Hth Rob
  22. any ideas what scraping? Is it the tyre on inner arches? Have this on mine! Can't see the spring being an issue! Poss the shock! It was off my sr which is 12 years old but was removed last year when the other front spring snapped! Can't see why changing a strut would affect the steering massively though! Rob
