thats the theory but i wasn't sure if they were different or not. Doing it this way would just rate money and rebuild time!

yea having the same idea.the crank i knocking like a bugger so was having the theory or just using the na bottom end to rate rebuilding the bottom end just bolting on the rods and pistons then the head on! But i wasn't sure if they were the same or not!

Like it says are there any differences in the bottom ends? ie cranks and bearings! I know the oil pic up and filter is slightly longer and the sump but are there aany other differences? Rob
