ok thanks people, if you run the aero catches im guessing you need to cut into the bonnet and that a bodyshop should be able to do this?

struggerling to get in to 1st and 2nd gear

i have a similar issues with my gearbox its frustrating as its a low mileage box nothing grinds into gear but is also as described above much stiffer gear selection 1st to 2nd quickshifts are impossible and quickshifting from 1st to 2nd has a delay like you have to wait for it to clear? i will add it will select all gears perfectly when driving sensibly its only when going mach 10 that i have any issues i have zep clutch line blitz active clutch trd quick shift . i took mine to a gearbox specialist and left the car with him and he said the gearbox was in good condition and checked all linkag -
got some new wheels fitted, my hunt for power is currently on hold im trying to bring the visual condition of the car back up to scratch. anyway poor quality photo's:

hi all, recently removed the air con pipes and disconected the plugs at the top of the engine where they connect to the intake manifold. i capped the pipes on intake mani. anyway what im noticing is my vacuum reading on the greddy profec is fluctuatiing quite a bit and occasionally the car will bring it self to 1100rpm tick over for a couple minuites and then drop back to the 900rpm tickover. the above has only happened since removing the air con plugs and removing and capping the pipes^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ ok the other thing is when my is up to operating temps and then turned off to say go in

had my first trackday at brands today. it was epic no issues with the car other than wish i had turned the bc's up to the highest hard setting. it was so awesome and so pleased the car didn't break or let me down. found out it pops flames lol, got overtaken by a fair amount of cars didnt do to badly but most of the time i was behind a old school 1.8 clio fully caged etc that thing handled well i let him by at the beginning and ended up chasing him right on him for the remainder of the session. there was a 1000bhp evo there as well which was pretty insane lol. great day out a would recommend
