System restore... the virus will still remain. You will have to re-isntall windows. Maybe buy a copy of windows 7 if you can afford one or just get another copy of Vista. Personally i would opt to go windows 7. The best way to get rid of a virus that has entered deep into the system files, is a fresh clean copy of windows. The virus effects system files which are mostly left unchanged in system restore, but you should obviously try that. Once you get rid of the virus either by re-installing windows or somehow by system restore i recomend using Avira Antivirus as you can obtain a legal copy

Think of all the joy these little cars bring despite there age and many flaws. There is no such thing as a flawless car (yet). look at the times you go past people with all the newer flashy motors. You guys shouldn't let a few things wrong with the car make you sell up.

I have found something out. Probably been mentioned elsewhere? It seems if you go on the policy as a named driver and the policy holder is younger then 35 years of age it is cheap. If the policy holder is older then 35 years it is a rip off. i actually can't remember if its 35/36 but its something like that.
