  7. With the new plugs you have bought, go to halfords and look at the spark plug tools. Buy the one that fits the new plugs {providing you bought the correct ones). Open the bonnet of your car, Starting from the left pull the plug wire out and you will (should) see the old spark plug in the hole somewhere, now with your spark plug tool put the tool inside the hole and make it fit onto the top of the plug. Then turn the tool with the folding handle on the top in the left direction and the plug should begin to come loose, keep spinning the tool left until the plug is out of the socket and lift the tool out and the plug should be in the tool. Pull the old plug out and pop the new plug in the tool, put some copper grease on it (on the spirals) not elsewhere on the plug. After this insert the new plug inside the engine (where the old plug came out off) with the side with copper grease on it at the bottom. Once it is in the hole where it came from twist the tool right so you can tighten it, DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN IT as it may snap next time you change it. So just tighten it until it doesn't want to go any more do not force the tightening. Now put the plug wires back on. You may need to have the previous wire out in-order to pull the next one out.
  8. Thats a good idea, nicely done too. But where will you put it?
  9. yh i looked at the guide aswell, thanks! I went to the car and saw the two bolts holding the actuator. Pretty small place to get to. I also looked at the turbo and laughed my ass off at how small it is. Really surprised to see it is that small. I will remove the actuator when i have time. Take it to my room and set it up there and connect it back to the car.
  10. ok, just did some research, there is a size 12 bolt, where is the bolt?
  11. looking really nice man. Keep it up. I think my car needs a respray aswell. Want to do it for free? lol
  12. Yh, we done it properly. we took the clip thing out and , at first we lost the clip lol! detached it and went under to spin it. the screw turned about half a turn then it froze there and just twisted the whole arm after. We didn't realise untill we went to do it the 2nd time and i saw the whole arm moving.
  13. How can i remove the actuator? I will have a look later on how to remove it. I was tihnking the same.
  14. Fucking fail!! The bolt is seized onto the metal bar that turns! You know what i mean. Sprayed WD 40 today and will try again tomorrow. Might have to remove the FMIC piping for better access. Although i don't want to do that. We got 0.9 bar but now the whole arm moves when we turn the screw now. What can i do about that?
  15. lol
  16. i will see what happens tomorrow. just concerned about loosing the clip might use a magnet or something.
  17. @ Steve - Sleeper FTW lol Thats crazy
  18. so i can just pull that pin out? i have no room because if intercooler pipe in the way lol
  19. How do i adjust my actuator? remove the clip i know, but how does the clip come out without breaking it i am likely to snap it off knowing me. then i spin the screw and the metal thing yh?
