I think I should stop looking at the forum and starlet as it is making me want one even more lol. I would really love to get another MK1 starlet again only problem is I don't have the space as I have a lovely Honda integra type r and a opel manta drag car which is almost finished being restored.

It would have to be a MK1 and I know they are rare as rocking horse shit but they are the best looking starlets in my eyes and they are rare .

No way you owned this. I love this starlet as mine was just the same yours was the only other MK1 besides mine that had the tomz kit on it. This is mine you might remember her as you did give it a comment. Below is the only photo I have of her since I broke my hard drive with all the photos on it .

I really wanted it back it took a long time to find it and when I did the chap who bought it off me wanted more than I could afford at that point but he was telling me he went through 2 engines a gearbox and 2 turbos. He destroyed it now a member on here owns the old girl but she has been striped of the tomz the mk1 interior which was one of may favourite parts of the car the retro interior. Would still purchase her back and spend some time putting her back to how I had her. Get another tomz kits and wait until I could find the full interior.

As for the integra... Yea it's ok actually. I have done massive suspension brakes and engine work and it's a dream on track and is all round great fun to drive in comparison to my old starlet but as a daily i like my m3 lol

We're going to a Bmw meet at castle coombe next Saturday and it's open pit all day so instead of taking my m3 I will be taking the dc2 as it will upset most of the Bmw drivers lol

I was worried that the rear lights might be wider than the mk2 / 3. If I did go ahead with ti the hole car would be turned into a mk1 including the dash if possible but if it is a total bitch then would leave it lol. But would hunt for a good mk1 for a while as I would really like to get my old mk1 back which was a minter.

what are different lights and things. Does the boot and rear lights fit in the same place without any modifications. If I went back to a starlet then I would want another mk1 if I cant find one as they are rare as hens teeth now I would turn mk2/3 into a mk1.

Marc how do you find the DC2 I have one of them as a daily car 96 spec I love it one of the best cars I have owned.

You need different headlight brackets but yes everything fits. The electrical plugs may be different but everything can be wired to suit. I have a mk1 bumper with dogs and splitter I used to have on my gt

Guys I don't understand if he paid for 2 coil overs and was only sent the fronts he should be able to do something about it as he hasn't got what he paid for?
