I would have to agree with H_D on that one as I have had problems with these sorts of things if you get mixed then find someone with only good don't take the risk with your baby

Do remember that starlet in white tried to buy it off the chap you sold it to but went to quick lol. Nice started base there chap as I am trying to do the same as I have a weekend car getting resorted and the starlet once found will be my day to day car.

yeah well the idea I had was if I got a starlet that had no engine or gearbox in I would find one cheap and rebuild it if its not to much money. As there is the worry of buying a engine on its own. Would just have to look on the sales thread and see what standard engines are going for these days from people.

Hello All, Strange question but I have been thinking can you get a standard engine rebuilt kit for the starlets? I know you can get forge ones every thing you need pistons rods gaskets Etc. But can you get the standard parts in a kit??? Nick
