What a load of pish you dont need an adjustable actuator at all!! I know what your problem is. I had the same problem with my filter kit and FMIC. You have put the stainless pipe on the reloaction kit too far down the samco pipe. Therefore the air is getting blocked on the 90 degree bend. The monster motorsport kit is SHIT. Its just universal piping off ebay or somewhere and not the right size for Starlets. We had to cut my stainless pipe down. Take your filter off and the stainless pipe then take it for a drive Then you can give me £100

Its so funny seeing peoples reactions The GT used to randomly pop and I mean real random. If your in a low gear coming down from about 3k rpm to 2k really slow and you ever so slightly touch the throttle you can make it pop. Only once did I get it to make a big BANG! but the thing is your going slow and its just crap lol. When I first installed my AVCR it used to boost spike and hit fuel cut and make the loudest bang and flame you have ever heard, was fun doing that until I got it mapped lol

Speedo's become very inaccurate over 60mph. Mine used to go right off the clock 180kmh in 4th but in reality I was doing 112-114mph on a GPS so if its limited it will be limited to 180kmh just like any other import Oh and 6k in 5th in my GT is about 140mph, dont knowe if the Glanza final drive is any different?

Looks like it Kennedy. Wouldnt go near it Chicco has a bit of bad rep as of late. Plus in his thread on here he said it needed a new cartridge which is about £280 IIRC Working order my arse

The blitz ones are pretty good mate yes There should be a thread on how to port the wastegate in the How 2 section which you will find in the Tecnical section of the forum

Cold weather will make it over boost also a front mount filter and manifod wont help as your freeing up restrictions in the system so the turbo will spool easier. I would invest in a decent EBC and port that wastegate while your fitting the manifold This wont completely get rid of it though.

How much did that cost mate? Will be needing a new engine after xmas and need a rough price for a decent motor. I am missing boost too, not had the GT out since June/July and wont be back out until May earliest
