they are 10cm LOL your wheel wont fall off if you hit a pothole, Rota's arent as bad as the "JAY DEE EMM" guys make out Im on coilovers and had 40 profile tyres on my 16s and they had a hammering but all of them was straight as the day they were made when I sold them

Some 15s will fill the arches nicely now No you dont have PAS hence my first post saying your engine bay couldnt get anymore basic, plus you would know if you had powersteering
