    I see Pancho all the time in Swansea Back in the clubbing days @ Bionic when it was at Evolution in Cardiff I seen Pancho absolutely wasted just as you see him on the TV Then the next night he was in Swansea again very :drunk: I was like what a fucking alchy ;)

    As are the 5e ones, there are marks on the cams for the 4e and 5e make sure you time it up for the 4e otherwise your car will run like a piece of shit like mine is right now ;) Sheekey is the guy to get hold of, ask him for the cam timing info, he sent me a few pages of the complete head overhaul step by step guide, that will help you no end

    Bonnet came out quite well mate ;) You wont NEED a panhard rod mate, I dont have one and I am a bit lower than RSR springs

    Glad you got a new front lip, spray it and look after it 1.1 bar should be fine depending on teh condition of your engine ;)
