It might be just me but i used to get told off by police at any time of the day with my music banging (wen i had my 2 12"s) Yea and the one time took the piss because it was a hot summers evening and i went passed a pub with a beer garden (which was packed and very loud) with my music on and there just happened to be a woman P.C there. They are 17s mate, TSW's dont make 16s in the new range anyway I expect they are 7" wide but you will have to ask him for the offset ;)
