Right, cheers lads, hopefully got a blitz de-cat lined up so that will be sorted and if i do a full 360degree turn clockwise on the actuator to put it back to what it was, i should be boosting around the 12psi mark, anything less i have leaks in the pipework Thanks alot for the help lads, Zac

Hahah explains all, i turned it down then, what a dope!! Would the cracked de-cat make any diference in pressure at all???

This weekend i fitted my FMIC and i had a feeling i would loose boost anyway with replacing the tiny TMIC with the much bigger FMIC. With the top mount it was boosting to around 11-12PSI (around 0.8bar) and with the feeling of loosing boost i thought i would do one full rotation on the HKS actuator to turn it up a little to compensate, Now correct me if im wrong, i undid the circlip on the actuator, pull it off the turbo lever thing (not sure what its called) loosen the 10mm nut and turned the end of the actuator anti-clockwise 360 degrees,<< is this correct to increase boost???? If the above is correct then why am i only boosting to 9PSI max, it shoots round to 6-7PSI and creeps to 9PSI and thats all, i have gone around all the intercooler piping and all seems to be tight with no signs of leaks at all. Now i do have a cracked de-cat downpipe, would this effect my boost at all?? Any help would be much appreciated lads, Cheers, Zac

Yeye, just need to get it sprayed and it needs abit of trimming, nothing major though, also while fitting the FMIC ive realise the jperformance downpipe has completely cracked off the turbo flange and that needs replacing, hopefully got a blitz decat lined up so wanting that

So as you may know i was thinking of selling the glanza a few week back, don't know what i was thinking and came to my senses to keep her. So this week i went and collected my HDI FMIC i won on fleabay, not as cheap as i wanted it to be but £205 collected i was happy with, Brand New and still in packaging with original tape to seal it Saturday morning i woke up excited to fit the FMIC, half way through doind that idrees turned up to drop of my Varis front bumper that we arranged through the week managed to get it all sorted and bumper fitted, ill let the pictures do the talking and let me know what you all think Ill get some better pictures at the local industrial estate later on tonight to show of the bumper and FMIC some more Big thanks to idrees for delivering the bumper and sorting out a deal for mine in return, really happy with the car now, Loving it!!!!! Let me know what you think, i love it

Bad look on the Test mate, youll get it next time, I passed the second time, they say the better drivers pass second time anyway hahaha The car looks mint with the meisters on aswell and same with my mates glanza he had to take the rear strut brace off to set up the damping setting on his BC's and then put it back on when he was happy with it, looks like youll have to do the same mate.
