    Be when it's closing, with out looking at how the gates controlled I'm stuck usually there's a solenoid controlling it

    Water leak elsewhere? Did the head get skimmed? Take gate of and operate it with a vacuum gauge and see if it sticks anywhere? What are you controlling the wastegate with?

    Yeah that's probably the waste gate sticking and the water maybe just condensation,
