I know no-one has posted in here for a year but meh, I thought I'd revive it as I've named my car Mine's called Bacon! (as someof you already know!) ;)

Am thinking of something along those lines for my car although not going into any details atm Shall reveal what I'm planning once I've made the decision on whether to mod my car at all. I'm either not going to do anything or just go all out with what I've got planned.

Yeah, I thought your old SR with the SUV bumper looked pretty good. ;) Anyways, have a new plan now, it involves the remix kit but not entirely. Buuut......it's a secret at the moment for only me (and Joz) to know, and for all of you to find out at a later date

Sound's like a daft question but what kind of calender is it going to be? (a wall calender to hang on the wall? one to go on a desk? etc....) Cheers!

Sound advice there ecks, agree with what you're saying to a fair degree. As having doubts as to whether or not to mod my starlet at all or just save for something better (as you've suggested before) Was a nice idea at the time

Have already had a debate on here regarding the Remix version of the Starlet and the idea of me applying it to my Starlet. Here's a new (and slightly crazy) idea for you all. Jo (Joey) just suggested transforming my EP91 into a convertable. I'm intrigued by the idea and am giving it some thought Also thought of doing the Remix thing minus the spare wheel on the back in conjuncton with this Any views on how realistically this could be achieved or just genereal opinions? All opinions/idea welcome!

Riteo, whilst on the topic, any recommendations as to which suspension bushes to upgrade to and where from? Have seen some on funkystyling.co.uk for what seems like an ok price but have never done anything to my car before so treading carefully in terms of spendin out as don't know what is and isn't a good price. Opinions if you please people?

Might do although I still think it's down to the size of the car. Personally I think lairy colours can be a bit lost on small cars althoguh obviously there are exceptions as with all things. No harm in finding out though. Someone get this photoshoped please! I want to find out what it'll look like/be proved wrong!

Not sure how that would look on a Starlet (would it suit a small car etc) but that aside tis a damn nice colour. Was thinking of having that colour done if I get a Ford Capri like I want to in a while. Will be interesting to see what it looks like though.

Is an S reg so was built in 99 in believe so isn't event that old. Unless 7 years is about how long the suspension bushes last. Might be an excuse I could use to upgrade them to better ones though I thought the same thing and checked a while ago, Haven't had anything in my boot for ages. good suggestion though. Shouldn't be a problem with supsension as only done 39000 miles so shouldnt be too worn (last owner only did town driving too). Shall have to have a looksie. Shall mention it to the garage too when it goes in next week.

Well, am getting a brake check done next weekend anyhoos. Could be what lobotomy was saying though as I do get occasion clunk noise when going over speed bumps so could be suspension. Never know, could be a bit of both?
